I recently purchased a 2017 RAV4 LE AWD from Blake and Yonnas at CarMatch Canada. I can honestly say that the 35 minute test drive I went on took longer than the actual purchasing process itself. Blake was not sure how we were paying for the vehicle, so while we were on our test drive, he prepared financing quotes for us. When we told him that it would be a cash sale, he showed me the total cash sale price of the vehicle, which was well-below the other 2017 RAV4s listed on AutoTrader. After we agreed on the price, I was sent over to Yonnas to finalize all the details of the purchase. Much like Blake, Yonnas was extremely personable, very easy to talk to and joke with; they both took the stress out of car shopping. The paperwork took maybe 10 minutes to complete and with a deposit, I was told my SUV would be ready for pick up 48 hours later. When picking up, I got to the lot at the agreed upon time, went in with my proof of insurance and bank draft, signed my contract and a few other papers, and was sent on my merry way with my brand new vehicle! I can safely say CarMatch Canada has changed my views on the car buying experience. I bought my first car from a dealership, which took over 5 hours to negotiate the deal. As I mentioned earlier, the process at CarMatch Canada took MAYBE 1 hour in total from start to pick up. Finally a service department that you can trust. It takes me more than an hour to get here from home but its worth the drive. I've been here a few times now and they never push me for service that is not needed and have gone above to help me solve a mysterious noise under the hood...rocks stuck rolling around in the hood of my car. lol

this place on a sclae from 1 tto 10 is proably a 11. this place is abosutly a banger like id go there just to hang out if i was aloud. mr bena is a sick guy. he is like that guy you want to be friends with you know. me and him sometimes duo on fortnite. he kinda carrys me but its ok hes very supportive. his son is kinda nice, carrys me in rocket leauge

Good honest service at a fair price

Was in for a recall notice. They took my car in at the stated time (early morning apt helped) and the service staff were very helpful and friendly. The seating area for waiting was incredibly comfortable with compliu food and coffee etc. They washed my car even for a service that wasn't making them any money. Very satisfied.

Great company. They helped my wife and I get into a nice car, with in minutes we were approved. I definitely recommend them.
