Very pushy and unprofessional car leasing company

I have 2 vehicles from this company. So far with the car everything has been awesome!!! We got a van recently and did have an issue but once we were able to connect with someone in regard to it they have been very good with our concerns and are going to have it looked at and fixed up as soon as it has been diagnosed. I would recommend this company to anyone with bad credit. Mine and my hubby's credit sucks and they have been great with extending us 2 different leases. Overall great company and everyone in office and on phone has been very polite and very friendly. Would give a higher review if I could. If I could give negative stars I would! One of my family members bought a car from here about a month ago. The air conditioning stopped working 5 days after pick up of the vehicle. Took in to Sami's to get fixed, got it home it worked for a bit then stopped working again. So yet again was brought back to Sami's where he stated that the blender motor was broke and needed to be replace. We decided to get a second opinion as he claimed he fixed it last time, but it "broke" again not even 2 day later. So we took it to a new garage and were just informed that the blender motor what Sami's told us needed to be replaced... wasnt even in the car. THE PART WAS MISSING. The new mechanic said it shouldnt have even passed the safety! STAY CLEAR OF HERE. NOTHING BUT TROUBLE! AND SHADY SERVICE.

I purchased my used 2017 Tacoma 4x4 manual from Stew back in April of this year. The process was easy, I already knew what I wanted when I got there so it was just a matter of numbers. They gave me less then what I wanted for my trade in, but the finance guy (whose name I can't remember, he's into rallying and fallout if that help) gave me a great discount on rust proofing. I had a great experience with them, but I always recommend caution when dealing with sales people, no matter the reviews.

We just financed a brand new ca here. Elke is a boss! She got us an amazing rate and was able to pick out a vehicle that macthed our needs and there was no pressure to go out of budget. We were going to go second hand but she was able to crunch the numbers so we could get new for less.

Speedy and honest service. Vehicle had to be delivered by tow truck as it wouldn't start. Made an appointment for 4:00 pm that day. Reported rough cost and delivered the fix on time. Thanks. Much better service then previous visit. I would not recommend this dealership for sales. But service department was great.
