Car Dealership

Just bought a vehicle from Mitchell auto and I'll tell you, Nick - the owner of this establishment made me feel like I wasted my whole morning. Instead of wasting my time going to other dealerships, I should've just went directly to Mitchell Auto. Nick was really knowledgeable and honest. Him and his peer Giovanni gave us a really great deal and we are ever so grateful to them. Also i was pretty touched because of his warm service. Because oneday my car's bettery was out. So i was very surprised N sad But he willingly came over my location to jump up the bettery. So i could get my home safetly because of his Professional service mind!!! So If you are looking for a place to purchase a vehicle... I highly recommend you to visit here. Nick!!! U R my man~Brother :)

***updated*** I called and spoke with Darryl himself. We will see what's going to happen and I will change review accordingly. Had this place recommended to me so I went to go see if they had a jeep liberty. They don't have one, but Darryl arrives and says he is just in the process of buying one from the wholesaler. This was a Tuesday, he said he was going to send pictures that evening. Wednesday still no response, so I called because I am really interested. Get told that he didn't go because the guy he was working with was off. Fair enough. Said he was going in a little bit and would send pics. Thursday still no response. I call back and spoke with the other sales man I was dealing with, Allan, who was going to send pics. Again nothing. I sent a text at 6 asking if I was going to get the pics. Finally a response the next morning no details or anything just pictures. Texted for more details, again no response. So I called, was told that it's not on the lot and they will get back to me. Surprise surprise, again no response. Saturday I called and was told they are finalizing the deal and it will be finished either Saturday evening or Sunday morning. I specifically asked Allan to make sure and call me when it's finalized as I am REALLY interested. He tells me for sure no problem. Now here I sit on Tuesday, 1 full week after I tried to work with Darryl and Allan to purchase a vehicle, and have not had any contact with them since Saturday. Obviously, I don't think I will be dealing with them or recommending them to anyone. Take your business elsewhere unless like being ignored.

Great staff, great service, and great vehicle selection!

I'm inherently skeptical of car dealers and dealerships, and I only stopped in to Discount Motor City because I needed to get a car quickly and wanted to see what they had on offer. Carlo and Wayne both went above and beyond in their service to me, providing more value than I ever would have expected. Besides the fair price they gave me, they were also professional, efficient, helpful, and genuinely friendly. They've changed my opinion on what a quality used car dealership can be, and I will not hesitate to reconnect with the team at Discount Motor City next time I'm looking for a car in the area.

amazing shop!! found a clean 1984 celica gt HB

Bought a car from these guys, took it to my mechanic. They sold me the car with safety inspection, but my mechanic didn’t like the car. I returned the car no question asked for a full refund. Appreciate the post purchase customer care.

Chris, I know sabbir for a long time, i also know you as his last business neighbor and you used to operate your business as "Syndergy Motor Group". You are a drug addict and drug dealer who was sent to Jail few years back. Dont write derogatory comment about a reputed business where you are the low life , shame of the society.

cheap labor cost but awesome job, great job highly recommended

Save some time and maybe spend a couple bucks more but go to a really good dealership. This place sells whatever they want, don't listen to you and even worst, when you're closing a deal they sell you life insurance with out your notice or approves; that's what happened with my husband and I. Was our first huge truck we were buying and these clowns "were in a hurry" and from nowhere added a fu..k life insurance in our contract. My best advice, don't waste your time here.

Excellent service and great price! Very helpful and not a pushy seller. Would highly recommend.

I was in touch with Daglas there, he is pretty reliable and supportive, I’m glad to buy my Honda there. After a couple of months I needed to find something for my car, and he followed up my demand and helped me. 100% recommend to deal with him.

Knowledgeable and friendly sales people. Thanks to Michael for getting my husband a car at a great price. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great vehicle at a great price. Ask for Michael. He’s your guy.😉

Wonderful business, with wonderful people. Fixed my prop quickly for a very reasonable price. 10/10 would reccommend.
