Car Dealership

Always awesome experience each time i go there. Love the accuracy of online booking feature for servicing cars.

WOW. Took my Sportage in and was only able to try to describe mystery sounds. Nothing found, but the Service Manager described how the sophisticated exhaust system worked with a turbocharged engine under load. It made sense to me. Added bonus - the mechanic noticed that the driver side window wasn't moving properly. He removed the door panel and adjusted the mechanism to factory specs. No charges at all, just great customer service. PS: Good coffee and munchies. I recommend Harris KIA in Nanaimo.

We had some mechanical problems with a used Forester after we bought it, and Nanaimo Subaru did much more than they were legally obliged to do. They stood by us and got us back on the road. Much appreciated!

Awsome dealership! The manager and his team were very honest and friendly! Highly recommend to get your bmw there. Rate this a number one dealership in Nanaimo

Very quick and helpful. Friendly, happy staff A+++ :)

I can't believe you guys tried to insult my wife by stating that she had a high expectations. Actually, was told on multiple occasions that information would come back after inquiries. All fell short as in no response and this last remark of high expectations is a prime example of, "How Arbutus RV has no respect for customers?"

Great employees and service.

The sales staff handled my car purchase with professional care and attention. This was an out-of-province purchase and in order to get the vehicle registered it had to go through a thorough vehicle inspection. The mechanical inspection found nothing wrong with the vehicle. Thank you Bouman Auto Gallery for selling me a great car!

Between Pat and Amy, my experience with them was outstanding! They knew I was on a limited time frame and I was on my way with exactly what I was looking for in a short time frame. I highly recommend this team! It was an absolute pleasure to work with them.

reasonable people. reasonable prices. sick ass cars.

They went above and beyond when my car broke down unexpectedly. They had it all fixed up in short order.

They were so great considering I had only had my car for less than a month, thanks Sebastian & Morgan....you rock! So thankful I made sure I had the fullest extended warranty on her

Great people

Very happy to have dealt with Trent very helpful and knows his stuff.good sense of humour. Good Sask. man. Bernie

Just traded my 2013 Rav4 for 2019 4Runner Off Road. Dealt with Shannon and Brett . Excellent people to deal with, made everything go smoothly. Couldn't be happier. Will recommend Duncan Toyota to all my friends.

I don’t normally do reviews but I have to for this dealer(my first review). The service here is top notch. They will do anything to make you happy. I bought a Husqvarna 701 at a Husqvarna dealer in the lower mainland. Nothing but problems. Now I bring my bike to the island to get my work done. Lots of time and money to get there, but totally worth it.
