Car Rental

It is really cheaper if u want looking for rental and really nice staff.

Excellent staff, very friendly and professional

The best manager Rubina. She was so helpful and sweet along with the rest of the staff. We will definitely come back here again!!

UPDATE: I was contacted by ACE customer service and explained the situation. They sent me a check in the mail to cover the difference and were very sincere in their apology for what took place. They have won me back. This is how customer service should be. Thank you! I booked a rental with ACE a month in advance for Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. It was an off airport location so they send a shuttle to pick you up. The day before I arrived they sent out a reminder notice of the pending rental. Upon arriving at the airport I contacted to come and pick me up. They informed me that they did not have a car to rent me (over booked) and did not even have a car to pick us up. They did not offer any additional help in finding another car but left us on our own. Other car rental agencies at the airport had no cars available. After waiting several hours at the airport Enterprise found me a car but because I had no prior reservation with Enterprise I had to pay the full rate that ended up costing me an additional $400. Do not use ACE Rent a Car. They overbook and leave you stranded.

I rented a extended cargo van and was very impressed with its condition, features and how clean it was. Moreover the staff was very polite and professional. I most definitely will recommend and rent from them again. Marty Walker

Ron is awesome

The company is a good example of how a business should be run: Knowledgeable friendly staff, excellent vehicles, first class service. Highly recommend this company. We rented a MV1 for twenty days it is an excellent vehicle. It has a side ramp that is easy to deploy. Found our best strategy was to pull up at the curb unload our passengers and park in a regular parking space. Our daughter from England loved that it looked like a London black taxi only bigger.

I like their services

Helpful & friendly staff.

Always friendly. Amazing people to work with. Fuel stations always well maintained.

I was very happy with their work quality, and so was my friend. I'd definitely use them again.
