Car Rental

I had a great experience with my recent rental. The car was ready and clean, paperwork was all in order and a complimentary upgrade. Plus, they asked if I wanted the upgrade, otherwise they could offer me the car that I did book. A nice customer service touch, they knew what bookings were coming in that morning, so when I went to the counter and identified myself, their response was to smile and hand me the keys, not "ok, let me look that up." Harder to do in a bigger market, but impressive that they recognize the smaller market and operate in a way to offer that level of personalized service. Organized, friendly and on-the-ball; this location will have my business again.

Showed up on a later air Canada flight and there was no one at the desk, no one available by phone and my vehicle was not there for pick up. AVis didn't have any vehicles available so I was left stranded at 1230 am with no vehicle to make it to my job site. I am so furious I cant even tell you.

This place was great fast and friendly.

Bigger and better van than I expected. Excellent service and a fair price.

The employees are nice, but the disorganization in this place is quite high. They have zero system on how to take clients in and they’re doing a million things all at once instead of having each employee assigned to a duty. I was here for a good hour before leaving with a car, and it wasn’t even the type of car reserved for me because they didn’t have any. Oh they also make you prepay for all your days before which I have never heard of at enterprise or Avis.

Had no car ready for me despite a reservation, Gabe me a run around and I ended up going to another branch in the West end to get a car. Just rent from someone else instead of dealing with them.

Super

We have rented car from this place on various occasions , every time we get a great treatment by the humble employees of this place.

y'all be crazy for these rental window times. Like seriously??? Open only 2 hours on Saturdays and Sundays??? psssh

they gave me info that was completely wrong, said it's no problem to rent this car at x time. I get there and the insurance is an issue and because of that it would have been hundreds more to account for that which wasn't mentioned on the phone. poor customer service.

Check in staff was very courteous despite my arriving earlier than expected.

sold groupons- didnt say anything about regular weekends being excluded. They did say no hiring on public holiday weekends, but the holiday day is a Monday and they would not rent on the Friday before either. Ridiculous.
