Car Rental

Great customer service.

Very easy very nice people

Very impressed. There was no line because the representatives were working efficiently with customers throughout the garage. The rep who helped us this morning was very professional, and pick-up was a breeze. Will use this Enterprise again if in Toronto.

I've used them on multiple occasions renting bmw and the mustang, best rates in the city and very accommodating and flexible management. They were willing to go out of their way to accommodate my needs. Definitely recommended.

Amazing price and nice cars Easy to place a reservation. Easy to pick up and drop the car. I quickly became a regular client! 100% recommand!

I have been a member of Autoshare for a while now and I really value the service. I have used cars for work as well as larger cargo vans for moving and there is always something available and everything works well. The staff are super helpful as well. There have been a few times where I wasn't clear on some of the rules and have called in and someone has helped out. I do think the service works better if you read over everything carefully. In general though I find the location and availability of cars really suits the needs of my business and family.

Gerry is an absolute pleasure to deal with! My partner Daniel and I have rented from Wheels 4 Rent for over a year now and book with him whenever we need a car. From basic used cars perfect for a weekend getaway, to new cars like the 2018 Kia Forte we drove all the way to Ohio in the spring, Gerry has something for every occasion and the prices are great. 10/10 would recommend (and do, often!)

Very kind and generous with their time and services which are qualities that are difficult to come by these days. Thank you Bristol!

Great experience renting from this location. We were assisted by Barry, an outstanding human being and a pleasure to deal with. His personal touch made such a difference in something as transactional and a commodity as renting a car! Thank you Barry!

Dissatisfied, reserved a rental with winter tires 2 days prior to pick up, called ahead to double check winter tires were available. Representative confirmed they were. When we went to pick up the rental car, there was not a car in the lot with winter tires. The representative did not apologize, and or offer any reason why. I got the impression he was lying when asked if they did in fact have any rentals with winter tires. Disappointing lack of communication & honesty.

Awesome company. Could be cheaper.

I'm glad I discovered this car rental place in my neighborhood. I used to rent from Enterprise and Budget, but their absurd rental rates forced me to search for an alternative. I've rented cars from this Thrifty/Dollar location for 2 years now. Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating service every visit. The cars I've rented here have always been in good condition and have been comfortable for both city and highway driving. Highly recommend this place to friends and neighbors. As is mentioned here, it's a very small location in the retail strip of an apartment building on Carlton, so it's best to make a reservation over the phone or in person - the website reservations don't work at this location as they must get their cars for pickup from a larger location in the city.

Best customer service from one of the older guys he was very reasonable helpful get things done ASAP maybe not as cheap

scammer

I've been going to this location since I opened my business 7 years ago. They always give me the best rate and service. Plus they are really nice guys. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

They consistently provide a pristine service, certainly my go-to place for rentals.

I've rented cars/SUVs from the Billy Bishop location in Toronto multiple times and have always experienced excellent service and assistance. It does tend to get quite busy as the neighbourhood has a high concentration of residents and travellers, so best to book in advance to secure your rental for the dates you need. Would recommend Enterprise in general over some other car rental providers in Canada.

Could use a really cleaning b4 renting..

This is very close to CN Tower. If you walk from union station this is a bit beyond CN Tower on the other side of the road. It will take about 15 minutes’ walk from The Union Station. There’s only 1 person manning the office (maybe it’s a Wednesday) so if there is a party ahead of you there will be quite a wait. We are lucky that we are the first in line. Don’t lose the parking ticket or you have to pay $20. But you can also get a new one from car rental.

I rent from this location frequently and have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. They have a great variety of cars and I have rarely had an issue with availability.
