Car Rental

Unsecured lot and very small vehicle selection. This is more of an 'enterprise' operation, as cars are older. Call ahead to reserve, or expect no car at all. Staff also understand the issue with low car selection and availability and have become desensitized to that fact, so do not be surprised if they do not care at all.

Staff is super nice to give me a free urgrade to SUV from the basic car.

Had a really good experience at this location. We got a Dodge Charger and the whole process was seamless. Great staff too!

Terrible experience dropping the car off. The guy acknowledged that I dropped the car off with gas at the same level I picked it up at, and still proceeded to charge me a fee on par with what I paid for a weekend rental for a tank fillup. They didn't even tell me I was being charged - they just automatically took it from my credit card, and I only happened to notice the charge on the receipt as I was leaving. I was able to get the charge removed, but I wouldn't rent from here again. There are tons of better rental options for the same price at the same location. Listen to the other reviewers. This place is garbage.

Poor service, take your money first and then no service after. Be aware they may blame you for the slightest scratch (potentially not even caused by you). We returned a rental over 2 months ago, they charged us for a very very minor scratch (hardly noticeable) at the front bumper. They took $500 immediately from my visa, and have been delaying the damage report for over 2 months. Without the damage report, I cannot even get reimbursed from my insurance company. Each time I phone, their excuse is “please keep waiting”. I have phoned 6 times so far to ask for the damage report, each time they promise me a new time line and when that passes, they offer no explanation or help, just “keep waiting”. They are very fast in taking money from you though. Disappointed is understated to describe how I feel about the service here.

Nunca falla, la mejor opinión

The staff here are really friendly and helpful. i had a small issue with my booking and the dates and they couldn't have been more helpful in sorting it out. They were very flexible with me in terms of return times too as I was taking a long journey and was worried about being delayed due to traffic. would highly recommend

Awu experience, I reserved a basic car, and I was expecting something like Toyota Corolla, however I received Mercedes CLS with no extra charge and it was helping a lot to drive for whole day.

Terrible customer service. Do not waste your time and precious money at Avis or this location. Unethical business practices of adding hidden fees and trying to upsell you on things you don't even need. On top of that they lie to you just so they can get rid of you as fast as possible. Never going there again.

They have what you need and will go out of their way to satisfy you.

Busy location, however, Adam, who looked after us, was top-notch. His professionalism, calm demeanour and efficient work made all the difference. We were especially impressed with how meticulously he checked the car before giving it to us.

Awesome customer service, fast and friendly. Would definitely rent from this location again.

I've rented a Tesla S for a road trip in LA, and an economy car for a long stay in Saskatchewan, Canada. Both rentals have been good experiences. If you remember that you are renting someone's personal vehicle and set your expectations accordingly, you generally won't be disappointed. I am just glad that there is an option available to normal people, to drive extraordinary cars! Thanks,

I rented mid-size car for 2 days. The price is little lower that other store but you should deposit $700 CAD with your credit card. I think deposit money is high. Car quality is good. (clean) A worker is very kind. FYI, if you want to speak Korean, you can do that because they have Korean staff. And you can drop off a car after business hour. I recommend here.

I had a very bad experience with them! I wouldn't trust my credit card with them as they used it for other purchases! Customers BE AWARE!!!

Reasonable pricing. Convenient. Very polite staff.

I made a reservation with my friends for a car the day before. When we arrived, we had to wait 40 minutes to get to know that the system is overbooked and no car is available anymore.. Everyone in the line made a reservation as well and nobody got a car. The manager didn't do anything except saying that we could wait a bit more so eventually(!) there would be a car available in the next hours! NEVER AGAIN!

Andre is the best person in North America through whom you can book your rental car in Europe. He is thorough, courteous, efficient and gives his clients excellent service and superb prices. We use him every year, we have never had any problem. He is highly recommended. Thank you Andre.
