Great service, zero complaints. I've rented from this location on multiple occasions, and have always had a good experience.

They had good rates and good service. But the tires on their cars at least the one I got was not designed for the environment. In the middle of winter in Duluth mn it should have all season tires for the safety of the customer and their vehicle.

Best place to rent a car from in the cedar valley hassle free quick and easy and you can pay with cash and they don’t hold a deposit like ENTERPRISE ! No bills required either I’d recommend them to anyone !! Great service

I called, Sunday 10/14/18. There is only one little bad attitude black girl working because the other girl walked out on the job. She answered the phone, wouldn’t give me her name, I proceeded to ask her questions about why certain IDs/DL wouldn’t be accepted (different states have different DL). She started off by saying first of all......... TERRIBLE customer service, who says that to a customer? Then I asked her not to address me with first of all and she hung up on me. I called back to get the manager info and she told me if I called back she would call st. Ann police then hung up again. These disrespectful hoodlums, do not need or want their job. She definitely needs to be fired. I’m appalled!! Thrifty needs to properly train their employees on different types of DLs.

Good service good staff

Best car rental place anywhere ever! Incredible selection, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, personable people, tremendous rates, customer centered flexibility and graciousness, and locations everywhere. Always have great experiences with Enterprise. Second best is Alamo, and I found out that Enterprise owns them anyway, which makes sense!

Rented car while ours was painted

We were five minutes late on a Friday night. We called to tell them we were delayed. Though they offer shuttle service, they did not suggest this. Just told us to hurry, they stop at 5:30pm. Though there was another employee still there, he was not authorized to help. I just cannot believe they allowed all our plans to fall through for five minutes-even though we called them. I will never book through them again. Your employees will put you out of business. I only gave one star because you have to to have be posted.

These guys are the best hands down. Their services is on point and yet the most affordable. They make my travel workflow seamlessly and easy. They are very sensitive to customers needs. Thank you guys.
