Car Rental

DO NOT USE DISCOUNT, very expensive prices with extra fees, you will spend more than you expect/ need to on a rental car. unreliable customer service from southern ontario locations. go to enterprise instead for a better experience

The Service and 2 Employee or AMAZING =)

VERY helpful on a most busy day of the year. Thank you Clint!!

This outlet in Hanover is lovely to deal with. Will definitely rent here again. Thank you!

good

Please do not order zipcar they offer the worst service with the highest charges

Had a rental for a U-haul van from this location booked two months in advance. On the day I was supposed to pick up the van (Saturday morning), they were closed and when I called their number, the owner said they were closed for the long weekend. I don't know how you're able to close for an entire weekend when you have bookings and not call or email about it. It completely messed up my moving day. Do not recommend.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Vehicles with no problems. Been a while since I've had to rent a car but these guys make it pretty easy.

Quick in and out drop off! No hidden fees and all around great customer service. Pricing is amazing too. Can't wait to use their service again.

The website clearly states debit cards can be used. "The website needs to be updated." is my response after travelling from Thailand. I needed my brother to rent a car for me. I was quoted a price for a Versa and given a deal on a Frontier. Two separate quotes. I chose the deal for an extra 50 CAD and took the white Frontier. My brother checked his card and he was charged an additional 100 CAD due to an upgrade from the Versa. I did not one the Versa, I rented and was quoted for the Frontier 540 CAD for the week not 650 CAD. Good job! Definitely upset but what can I do? Thanks Nathalie.

Courteous, quick, efficient and helpful staff. Reasonable rates too. I'd do business with these guys again for sure.

Makes truck rentals quick and easy with very helpful staff

Booked a car online. Went to the location an hour after booking to only find out they don't have any available cars. They were not helpful and told me this happens all the time. I do not recommend using Hertz.

Friendly & prompt service.

This location is no longer at 851 Industrial. The address should be updated. Avoid going to this address. They have moved.

Great service. Great experience.

the gentleman we dealt with, Justin, was a great representative for the company. great personality and.very knowledgable. will be going back there for sure!
