Car Rental

The manager ** is very rude, always out of cars even if you have reservation,Very expansive, but they have nice cars and most recent modals If they change manager for this location its good for this location

Extremely meticulous and courteous stuff. Denis and Mohammed took me through the rental paperwork for brand new Escalade quick and efficient.

Nice service, and stuff are flexible and convenient.

Had awesome experience with you guys. I ordered for an economy car but unfortunately there were no available so they gave me suv instead without charging me more. Assistance was great. Stephanie was so accomodating. I will for sure come back to rent again soon. Thanks guys!

People here are helpful and accommodating. They provide pick up and drop to close by locations and to public transit as well which is convenient.

Super friendly and make me so comfortable. 토론토 최고의 렌터카 회사인듯 싶습니다 ㅎㅎ

Excellent customer service

Good experience overall. Person I had to deal with when picking up the car was pretty rude. Didn't seem to care and was slow. Re: like I said the experience was good overall. Had no issues with the vehicle. It ran better than how I expected it to for a 1967 vehicle. It's really well maintained. Took some getting used to but it was great otherwise. My only issue was with the person who handled my rental at the start.

Love it

My experience was good. rental threw insurance so cant comment on price. I recieved the Audi Q7 as a rental. no issues mechanaclly and clean. service due notification did come on and next to no washer fluid, used it once and light came on to replentish but wasnt on when i got it. if service due notification didnt come on and had they checked washer fluid prior to delivering vechle would have been 5 stars. Droping off vechile was quick, and even offered me a ride afterword.

Excellent rental company, I would recommend them to anyone. The team is great to work with and will definitely always come back for all of my vehicle rental needs!

Thank You Kaizen Rent A Car for your awesome service. Just over 4 weeks ago I got into a car accident and my car was totaled. I needed a vehicle right there and then, since I had to be at work the next morning. Kaizen Rent a car came right to the spot of the accident and delivered the car (honestly, I was think a million things…which car rental place should I go to? are they going to be open (since it was a Sunday evening and everything is closed)? how am I going to get there? (bus, uber, taxi), would there be cars available for rental?….etc.). Contacted Kaizen, within 15 minutes, they came and gave me an Audi A4 and asked me to come the next day to exchange the car for something my Car insurance would cover. Thanks to the young man that come to drop off the car and did the paper works in 2 minutes. The next day, Rita called the insurance company and took care of everything. She even followed up with insurance after 2 weeks and took care of business. This whole time I only spent like 10-15 minutes of my time and Rita took care of the rest….. Much much appreciated…. And thanks for all the tips. She even talked to the insurance company and I got to keep the Audi A4 for over 4 weeks, instead of switching to another car. When it was time to return the car, I asked her if I can be dropped off to north of Brampton. She made arrangement and made sure I was dropped off. Thank you K. (don’t want to misspell your name) for dropping me off even though it was out of your way and you were very busy. Thanks for your tips regarding the purchase of a car and what my rights are and where to seek help from. I’m definitely coming to you guys for my next car rental…. I would definitely recommend you guys to my family and friends. BIG THANK YOU Kaizen.

The uhaul transaction was quick but they did not have the accessories I ordered on the website so I had to visit a second location. I blame uhaul more than this place, but what a hassle

Insurance fraudsters!

Everyone was very nice

Absolutely disappointed by the experience. Upon a flat tire incident on road, theyre wanting to place on expenses on me of $2000 as oposed to the initial contract that you sign. Would not recommend this place even a bit. Complete scam.
