Car Rental

Great staff, made a very difficult time easier to deal with.

Very nice people!

I needed a rental car for an overnight trip and was referred to Econo Rentals. My phone messages were promptly returned, reservations and paperwork were quick, and a smoke free car was provided. Shout out to Tom's business and professionalism.....they were "top shelf"! Thank you Tom for contributing to my success!! SLG, RN

This Enterprise was so kind and helpful when I was dealing with car issues. I would highly recommend.

If i could give it 0 stars i would...Terrible to deal with, not accomodating at all

Had reservation ready, upgraded me no charge and the young customer service representative was courteous and professional. Would rent from this location again.

Nice vehicles to choose from. Rates are comparable. Only downside weekend hours are limited.

Been renting cars for the past few months from this location. I have a special request and they always try to accommodate. All the employees there are exceptionally pleasant even when they are slammed with people waiting..

Budget was the most competitive rate for my one week SUV rental. I was nervous picking up my vehicle due to some negative reviews I came across for the location, however I could not have asked for a better experience. The employees were courteous and friendly. My rate was exactly what I chose online. I even got to pick from three different SUV’s, and when I wasn’t sure, the employees were helpful suggesting the model that would best fit my family’s needs. The car was amazing and we could not have been happier. The drop off process was quick and easy, and I was met with the same courteous and friendly employees. No hidden or surprise charges, friendly and helpful staff, great vehicle. I will definitely use this location again and will recommend to friends and family.

Great service, knowledgeable and reliable. Will use them for any repairs or service.😁

Great service..very helpful and understanding

Be careful with this location. Poor customer service. They lied and told me i could get unlimited miles, only to tell me at drop off that i had to be charged extra for miles, despite what the manager had told me initially! Then they told me i had to call their 1800 number because they cant help me with my problem. They dont even check the cars before giving the keys. I was given a slip stating there were no scratches/damages on the vehicle and to pick up the car from the back. As soon as i get to the car, i noticed 3 large scratches. One on the hood, and two on the passenger side. I go back inside to tell them the car was scratched and they took the slip and indicated on it where i said the scratches were, then gave me back the slip , all without taking a trip outside to inspect the car themselves!!!! It was NOT even busy, one guy on his cell phone and the other watching tv in the office, so why couldnt they just inspect their car, instead of having me do the work for them? Highly unprofessional and bad service. Will not be returning !

Okay

People there know their stuff.

Good supply and good prices
