Car Rental

They took care of me when the kther car company did not! I would choose them again!

Glad they accept cash however very frustrating when. They expect you to put $500 down to rent a car. When u could put a credit card like renting a motel on for accidental reasons. Should accept $200 for two days and a card on file.

Steve and Tracy Fielding, and no problems stating our names. Been dealing with Neville Motors for over 10 years, purchased a few vehicles, and have kept them maintained at their place of business since. They are straight up, and honest when it comes to repairs needing to be done, and they stand behind their work. Will only deal with Nevilles, as in my and my wifes eyes, they are the only place in the area that can be trusted. The big name dealerships, I'll never trust them as far as I can throw them. My opinion along with my wife......give nevilles a go, you won't be sorry!!!

Thanks for nothing

Ordered taxi for my daughter at 10:15 - she is 16 - they didn't show up until 10:35 downtown. Unacceptable and price quoted was $20 - wanted to charge me $25.20. Don't use this service

I wish I could leave zero stars. We called and stated we wanted to hire a taxi to transport a bed back to our home and ask how much that would be - we were quoted just under $33. They charged us $57!!!!! We called immediately and they stated according to their system we were still on the taxi ride (we obviously weren’t) and that they had no idea why we were charged $57 and to make a complaint online and a manager would call us. We received a email from a manager stating: “I reviewed your order. The quoted provided over the phone was accurate. It does cost $32.39 to your destination. There is a $10 fee when using the van for moving items. At most this trip should of been $42.39 unless there were stops or heavy traffic. I will contact the driver and resolve the matter for you” There were no additional stops - I emailed back asking why we were not informed on the phone that there was an additional charge to carry items (which we specifically stated we were doing in the original call hence why we asked for a larger vehicle), or that we were financially responsible for traffic - surely a quote is a quote. No reply. I email again about a week later for an update or resolution to the matter and once again no reply. I am disgusted that companies like this are allowed to do this to people. I will never use them ever again and good luck to anyone else who does in the future.

Not informative nor understanding for simple questions without any attitude 😪

Horrible. Don't accept your own reservation for the truck. Don't get anything right. Like the size of the truck!

By far the better place in Dryden to rent a vehicle. Open longer hours and have better availability and service.
