Unbelievable customer service by National Rental Agent "Corinne P." in Moncton NB Canada! I had multiple delayed flights that finally arrived in Moncton NB at 2:15 AM the morning of December 5, 2018. The National Office closed at 1:00 AM, but this National agent stayed in contact via email the entire day of my flights from Springfield, Atlanta, Toronto, then Moncton. She actually watched and monitored my late flight arrival from her home after hours, once she knew it had arrived a little after 2:00 AM she went back out in the frigid cold, returned to the airport, and assisted me with signing paperwork and getting the National Rental picked up. I must say that is Customer Service and dedication that far exceeded my expectations! Outstanding work "Corinne P." you get my vote for the award of "Customer Service Excellence!" I've rented here twice and there were no problems at all. Everything was in order and according to my reservation. The second time I got a higher vehicle class than I reserved, presumably becuase that was what they had at the time. The staff are nice, and pick-up and return went smoothly both times.

I had a good experience with Alamo. They had my car waiting for me, friendly service too.

The staff were really friendly. It also helped that they gave me an upgrade to the model of car i booked that improved my trip.

This Is the worst web site I've seen in a long time. I spent 5 minutes trying to enter dates. Maybe its just not compatible with phones but come on!!!

Really bad when you rent a car in the winter weather and it can't have winter tires on it. So not safe. I couldn't even turn the car around in my driveway. You need to rethink your policy.

Horrible experience never going again total rip off your not supposed to apply the e-break take it out of park and step on the gas that's not how you road check breaks.

Steve and his team are fantastic people. Previously I was renting cars with Enterprise only but was well surprised by attention and excellent service from the Discount office in Bridgewater. It feels pretty much like a family-owned business with personal attitude, not a big company. Steve is very friendly and helpful, his team goes an extra mile to help you get on wheels no matter what. I'm a loyal Discount Cars client from now :)

I have rented uhaul 26 foot truck every time exllent service friendly fast understanding when I didn't return it in time due to my little girl had emergency surgery. they are very understanding. prefect rates as well
