Car Rental

Excellent van for Toronto and Montreal trip. Too expensive, though.

Great deals and cheap prices, people is really friendly and looking forward to help you suit your needs.

Very convenient pick-up and drop-off at Ottawa airport. Good pricing through Costco and very clean cars.

Don’t rent from this location , will try to scam you as much as they can and won’t answer the phone

I'm an avis preferred member i arrived to the airport and they wanted to charge me 20 dollars per day for winter tires. There is not an actual preferred area so you have to do a line and pick up the keys.

Did not deliver the car that was booked. Stuck with truck for wedding and then charged crazy amount for vehicle. Stay away from them. I will never use Budget or Avis again, thanks Christopher. I can not complain about their service, they do not have any service . Hertz will be our new rental company - try them you will be very pleased

Did a great job replacing the engine in my Sunfire

Owner has attitude problems and poor people skills. Lost his temper because we asked for lowest price on an item. Threatening to call police if we did not leave store. Said this is not a flea market for haggling price. Owner has serious issues. Very bad experience as I am a new customer and new to Clinton. God bless him.

Very helpful and courteous. It was my first time renting a car, and Braden made it simple and easy to understand. Didn't make me feel like a total noob, which I very much appreciate. We rolled in right at closing time to return the vehicle (sorry about that) and they didn't turn us away or make me feel any more guilty about it, which was very nice of them. Would definitely rent from them again.

They Sold us a Dodge Journey R/T. Smooth Transaction and very helpful Staff. Thanks to the Manager Ross Hamilton.

Cool stuff to see inside!

This is the best U-Haul to deal with! I drive from Midland, just do business with them. This U-Haul is way better then any other U-Haul I have ever dealt with.

Always dependable and reliable

I'm a regular costumer and the staff always find a way to get what I need.

Our family rented a trailer for a trip to Bon Echo Provincial Park this summer and we have since booked a trailer rental for the summer of 2018. The trailer was in very good condition and very clean. We had an excellent rental experience with the rental from booking to returning the trailer after our trip. The Houle’s are very nice people to deal with and I’m happy to support a smaller family run operation in my area. I would 100% recommend renting from them if you’re looking for a rental in the future.

Bus. Transit

The customer service at this location will exceed your expectations! I don't think I could have a move turn out any better, especially in February! The business operator is very friendly and a genuinely good person - very people oriented! Definitely going to recommend this U-Haul depot to everyone I know in need of moving services! Thank you beyond words Marian!

I had a great experience wth these Armenian fellas. They are so friendly that I thought I knew them before. Very helpful in details. Only they have not too many cars. I dfinately go there again.
