I traded in my Hummer H3 and bought a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. They produced a clean carfax report. I wanted a different van for $1000 more and they advised that I could only get approved for this one. The brakes were scraping when I took it for a test drive and they said it was just from being parked. I brought it in a week later when they were still scraping and they told me to go to Dodge. Dartmouth Dodge laughed at the fact that they sent me there claiming it to be warranty work and sent me back to them. This time they fixed it, being my third day missing time at work over it. 1 month later I had noticed that my passenger side headlight was pushed in and when examined, found that it had been glued in place with a clear adhesive. When I brought this to their attention they refused to fix it and tried to tell me that only the factory would have used such an adhesive! I know I am a girl, but really?? So I've had my van for about 8 months now and my bumper looks like I have been in a serious crash...I haven't been in any type of accident with it actually, but it keeps falling apart in pieces and I am finding the same type of 'factory' clear adhesive holding the bumper together. I can not get this van inspected in its current condition and it is ridiculous that they sold it to anyone without at least properly fixing the parts that were obviously damaged! I don't recommend that anyone go to these clowns for a vehicle. Salesman was also not very professional and wouldn't give me the time of day or even let me test drive the van until my approval went through with the bank. Bring your business elsewhere!!!

I had reserved and confirmed my rental car and it was not available The outlet hung up on me .I was called at 10 pm to get a car and chatged for the entire day. I I had to fight tooth and nail to get a car and refund. Never again Abysmal

Disgusting service from this company. Having made an order and received confirmation by e-mail, coming to get the car in Halifax, I heard that there are no free cars. During the conversation the manager lied 3 times: 1. Allegedly, the representative of the company made a phone call with a notification of the lack of cars. 2. Allegedly, the representative of the company left a message on the answering machine. 3. Allegedly, the company placed my online order on the waiting list. No one from the company called or left any messages and the company's website does not provide any services related to the waiting list. The discount car company, in my opinion, is two different companies - one "works" on the Internet, and the other on the ground, with neither of the two being responsible to the client.

non-responsive, communications complication, friendly Although the staff communicated in a friendly tone, I was unable to establish a daily rental contract. After reaching out to this company four times and encountering complications and non response it became clear I wasn't a priority. As a home owner looking for a daily rental it's possible i'm not representative of the demographic this company serves.

I can take responsibility for not calling to say I was going to be late for pickup (hence 2 star and not 1 star) - we were busy today getting over the time zone difference, wedding preparations, meeting the priest, etc. And yes, our reservation was at 12, and we arrived at 4 pm. But to get no call for a one week reservation when our credit card was already on file before our car was given away is unacceptable from a customer service standpoint. Thankfully we are resourceful with contacts, but we see no reason to use enterprise in the future if this is a company policy. We have travelled for business often, and never had this issue. I would recommend a policy change - at least a phone call every time - as it stands now it seems like either enterprise, or your location, is interested in the dollar in front of them rather than building the long term relationships and trust.

Good pricing and you can go there if you like to kill time. The michanic is very handy

Initially had a Chevy cruize insurance rental while my car was in for repair. It wasn’t an ideal replacement for my Audi and slightly dirty. However Christina and her team went out of their way to make it right! Not only did they upgrade me to a better and clean ride, they provided a free tank of gas for my trouble. They also helped me when I had to come back for a second time as the repair wasn’t completed properly. Roberto their driver is a fantastic and pleasant man! Was a true pleasure. They genuinely care about their customers! Thank you!
