Car Rental

Best place if you need a rental car.

Very very poor customer service. After numerous calls and one call back from the Dealershiip I was promised there would be a vehicle. When I arrived after an expensive taxi ride from a fair distance, I was told immediately there was no car. Then they "might" have one "up the street" and I needed insurance. This I did not bring as I usually use the rental insurance option. Follow up is I missed my shift at work, I had to get the taxi ride back home and I will not ever be using this service again.

Reserved a truck 4 weeks in advance and when we went to pick it up they didn't have one. This isn't the first time but it was the last. Budget or Discount from now on!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY ARE TOTALLY UNRELIABLE. I made a reservation, on 9 December, for car rental (18 - 24 December) from Port Colborne (Ontario) location. I received confirmation on 10 December. On the day before the rental I received another confirmation. On the day of the rental, just an hour-and-a-half before I was due to pick up the vehicle, I received an email telling me that there was no car available!! A subsequent phone call to Kalina Elliot at their office proved useless and her attitude was one of complete disinterest to the predicament that their incompetence had caused. No compensation was offered, nor any alternative whatsoever. The lack of customer service was stunning. As I was on holiday from England, my whole itinerary was severely disrupted. IF I COULD, IWOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY MINUS STARS.

This isnt the first time we have used them. The staff and vehicles are always top notch! I would 100% reccommend them to anyone.

Fantastic staff, courteous and friendly. Car was clean and a pleasure to drive.

Courteous & professionally managed

Chris was outstanding to deal with. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. I'm directing all family and friends to Pete's Car Sales first before shopping for a vehicle anywhere else.

The best company to rent a car with the lowest price. All cars are almost new and satisfaction.

Very good service and returning again for another rental

Purchased a used truck from the Leasing Company on Scott St. Next morning it doesn't start. Off to a good start, right? Within driving 300 (three hundred) kms the check engine light came on! They must have used the scanner tool to reset it. I purchased a code reader scanner and found it very handy as I reset it also before I traded it in!!!! I spent thousands trying to get the one owner low kms truck to run correctly. No can do! Avoid this place if you can.... .......if you must buy from them. Make sure it comes with a warranty. I see a lot of nice vehicles they advertise. They ain't gonna see me ever again.

excellent service . Great prices good cars

God place to rent. The service is great.
