We rented a car on October 3rd and received fast and friendly service. They made everything easy, from pickup to drop off. We are very happy with Budget's service and vehicle.

Really helpful, convenient, though the hours at Stanfield International airport can be challenging.

Customer service here is Outstanding! The business representative is great with customers and definitely a A+ representative for Avis. If you're renting a vehicle this is the place to go for great service.

Hard to find at first. Their desk is over by the service department desk. When looking for them they are in Vantage Volkswagen building.

Booked a vehicle with them only once, customer service was extremely poor. They had overbooked and did nothing to help once they had realized their mistake. They told me that they had a waiting list as they had overbooked too many people already.

Went in to check on prices for a SUV or Van rental that would seat more then 5 and was basically told the company might have those in their fleet but the Truro site was not willing to deal with them.

The most honest staff in town,with professional knowledges and skills.
