Car Rental

Good service and got the best car in that category

Dealt with Ryan fast easy and great experience. By far the place i been to when it comes to pricing, speed and customer service. Thank you Ryan for taking care of my needs in such a timely fashion.

I made a reservation I called in gave all my info they told me car will be ready. Five minutes before pickup I get called saying they no longer have any cars for rent. Never again.

I have always used this rental service. This time I was very disappointed. The car was small, and road noise unbearable. I had my ear buds in the whole time. Sorry, you need some more better vehicles. May try somewhere else next time.

Called and spoke with Zack on Thursday about a concrete grinder, he was very helpful and provided me with a quote which I was happy with and told him I would be in on Friday to pick it up. My second call in wasn’t however very good as I called at 4:49pm to let them know I would be there right at 5pm which is their closing time. I appreciate this is a little frustrating arriving right at the end of the day but didn’t expect them to tell me not to come as they were leaving and wouldn’t be able to hang around for 2 minute to take my money. I work in a customer service industry and would be embarrased to tell a client that I wasn’t going to serve them if they arrive at 5pm because that’s what time we close. If you absolutely have to use this store I would ask to deal with Zack as he was helpful.

High quality repairs.

A good selection of tools, power tools, toys and more

Very friendly.

Go to the Elora branch. Been to the Fergus branch twice and both times were poor.
