Car Rental

I reserved my rental online but was offered an upgrade because the vehicle I reserved was not available. When I arrived to pickup the (upgraded) vehicle I had to wait for them to get my reservation from another location. In spite of the screwup I believe the staff at Discount Car & Truck on Plains Rd were genuinely concerned and did their best to rectify and appease.

Needed a last minute cargo van rental. Alicia went out and found me one. She even called me back and made sure everything was a breeze. The follow up was above and beyond! Really impressed with this Enterprise location.

Great service and excellent price. I will certainly rent from them again.

No one ever answer the phone. And always they are out of cars.

Very happy customer

Great customer service and a solid variety of trucks to choose from. Highly recommended

Great staff who were very helpful in fixing my booking error.

I have been trying to reach this company for days regarding the rental I currently have. No answer and phone goes to a voice mail that is FULL. First, 4 days after getting the rental, my car insurance has advised me of a daily coverage limit and also a limit for the entire rental period. Their rates are not on the contract. Cant reach anyone to verify. I do not like the car I have. I'm used to an SUV, but I am in a small Honda Civic that I find uncomfortable. I was told to call them if I wanted to change the car. Cant reach anyone for that. The Honda smells like it was saturated with cologne. Gives me a migraine everytime I drive it. Another reason I'd like to switch cars. But, I cant reach anyone..... The body shop told me that due to the holidays, it will likely be in the New Year before I get my car back. The contract with Torq ends Dec 30. But, guess what??!? I CAN'T REACH ANYONE.

Great staff

Joe Champagne and his whole team are fantastic at all his locations in Oakville and Mississauga. Special shout outs to him, Caroline and Salesha for their great customer service. They are prompt, efficient, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We do not go anywhere else for our car rental needs and we also recommend them to our friends, family and our car insurance company. Because recently one of our vehicles was stolen!!! Joe and his team got us sorted out and our insurance company as well. They are the best in the West!!

Best truck rental ever....great customer service and 80% cheaper the the other (no name ) places. They accomodated us on last minute, returned my call when I called after hours and very very customer oriented. Would highly recommend them to all friends and family. Vehicles are clean and very safe... . Thanks again Mauro and Tom. You guys are the best.

I rented this moving truck from this company on multiple occasions and it was perfect. not sure which one the other guy got, but everything went smoothly without issues. (I've personally driven this truck over 2500km over multiple day trips). The brakes were firm and stopped the truck nice and quick when needed. Of course if your use to driving large trucks like these they can feel different or odd compared to normal vehicles. The desk agent there was nice, answering all my questions and conerns. Yeah I read the review before this one, but I had none of the problems he had. I have rented this truck last year multiple times and this year as well. It has always performed like a champ every time, Starts in the cold and hot (artic and burning hot outside) always handeling everything that it was tasked to do. As well very well cleaned and maintained inside, even came with those little green air freshener thingies. Smelled like pine for a bit Woooooo, better then smelling my burgers for hours on end! In the end rent from him and he will help you out with everything. He is willing to make things work in your favour, just like normal don't be a dick and things will work out.

Very very bad experienced. When I went their to pick up the vehicle (under insurance), counter lady tried to give me a dirty vehicle and told me that rest of vehicles are dirty too. I checked other vehicles and some of them were really clean. Then instead of apologizing she said they are reserved for some other customer and tried to give me an extremely dirt vehicle. I will definitely not got their again or recommend it to anyone.

These guys are great. Plus you don't get charged for insurance. That's usually a huge cost in renting.

Great service fast and clean cars
