Excellent customer experience

Long story short, my uhaul order got really really messed up. I had no idea how I was going to make my move happen even though it had been booked well in advance. I called their Edmonton traffic center and was put in touch with Grant. He listened to my story patiently and calmly and was able to put me in touch with with the amazing people at this location. Grant is a saint, I was pretty worked up when I called him and he was able to quickly problem solve and point me in the right direction. I arrived at this store 20min before they closed, a tough customer for any rental agency. The first person who treated me was Hunter. He had no clue what had happened to me but treated me politely and seemed like he legitimately wanted to help. As he was trying to find a solution to my booking Grant had gotten in touch with his manager Robyn and explained my situation. All of them together were able to swiftly make right on many wrongs and get me the vehicle I needed to complete my move! Hunter, Robyn and several other staff members stayed late to help make this happen and I couldn't be more thankful. I went from having possibly the worst customer service experience of my life to one of the best I have ever had. I want to personally thank Grant, Hunter, Robyn and all of the other staff who made this possible. You guys are the greatest! This store is very busy for a reason, they know what they are doing. Treat them with respect and they will give you the best service you can imagine. Thank you again so much I will never deal with another uhaul location ever!

Huge emphasis on customer service. Vehicle was clean, and Adrian who helped me was very attentive and courteous. Only place I’ll rent from.

This location is wonderful! Customer service was above and beyond what I have had elsewhere. I feel horrible I can’t remember his name, but this nice man who spoke Spanish dealt with me both during the pick up and drop off of my rental. He picked me up from the Renfrew body shop and dropped me off there as well, all in a very timely manner. He was kind and provided great conversation. Everyone else in the Enterprise building worked with a smile and it made for a pleasant atmosphere. Would 100% recommend this location to anyone needing a rental vehicle.

I want to express my appreciation with truly professional and amazing service. Jim and Dallas drove my car to me and were totally amazing would highly recommend this company to anyone. Your website doesn’t acknowledge Missoula

Solid rental location. Asked for a full-size car, Malibu or similar. Got upgraded to a F150 pick up for free because they didn’t have them. Car was clean on the inside but really rather dirty on the outside, as were most of the cars on the lot. Guy inside was friendly enough and efficient with the process. Wasn’t totally clear with some of the contract and insurance stuff which confused me initially but we sorted it out.

Really amazing and great service, staff are so friendly and efficient. I live in downtown and usually visit the downtown location but last time I got my car from this location because of the availability and now on-towards I will only get it from this location. They really went above and beyond.

The accomodated me well. After my first call to book, they picked up my name almost immediately. It was as if they knew my details prior to opening any programs to check who I was. They were honest to me about being short staffed at the time but during my experience that didn’t stop them from providing amazing customer service. At the end, when I needed to be dropped off at my body shop, they had no available drivers. Instead of waiting until one was, the location manager took me himself. That was service! Great team!

What a helpful and friendly staff! I'll definitely be back on my next trip to Edmonton! Thank you! Returned this past week. One associate was training, so it took longer than I expected. I wish they had hours on the weekend. Would have loved to drop the car off Sunday night rather than brave the early morning traffic. Oh well. It is what it is.

The service was friendly and helpful. Needed a truck asap and they were accomadateing. They even pick you up if needed.
