I rented a Mercedes c300 from here, awesome car! Customer service was awesome when I returned my car. I am not sure of her name however the lady that helped me was great.

Good service and really helpful. Had trouble with getting U-Haul set up and finding the right one but when they directed me here we got through everything as quick as we could and the guy helping me went out if his way to get things done. Would recommend

Excellent customer service, we got the vehicle we needed,We initially had booked for different dates but wanted to change last minute and staff were very accommodative for what we wanted. Mr.Shashvat was great, with his excellent customer service, did his best to make our rent a car experience a pleasant one. Best price in town. Would highly recommended !

This location used to have good service before with different staff. I used to come to this branch since 2014, but this year's service is horrible. Staff is not customer service focused and close to be rude in times.

This company has a nice website and nice customer service agents. I can't speak too much about their actual service as I ended up cancelling 10 days before my departure with a motorhome for which I was charged a hefty cancellation fee: $750! My advice: don't book with them if you're not %100 sure you'll go no matter what happens.

No one answered or opened shop until 20 minutes after we were due to pick up our car. Had difficultly getting a hold of anyone. If you are open at 8am, have someone available by phone or in the shop at 8am. Poor attitude as well.

Make sure to document everything that is said. We were charged a full day on sunday because we picked up the car when the train arrived at 9:00pm even though we were told it was not an issue and key would be waiting for us in a lock box. We dropped the car off on Sunday at 4:00 am and was charged for all day Sunday as well. The Customer service was of no help at the Corporate level. Take my advice and go to a different rental agency. Avis & Budget are on our avoid list moving forward.

I have rented from these young ladies twice and the service was excellent, the girls are super friendly and I would definitely recommend this Budget.
