Car Rental

The inside of the store looks old and falling apart and when we booked and picked up our car, they said it was just cleaned but it was still dirty inside! It was so gross! Also we got a Kia Optima for our rental car and it was awful! The wipers didn't wipe properly, the car made noises, couldn't handle the ice and lacked the space we needed - it was not maintained very well and made our road trip harder than it had to be! Definitely will not be going back here again!!

Winter safety. Our relationship between DRIVING FORCE and the ski industry started this past summer to ensure there were quality vehicle rental options for winter driving. I was immediately struck by their attention to details like snow rated tires and roof racks. They asked insightful questions on things that are often overlooked. This has already proved to be a benefit when driving on snowy mountain roads. Another notable trait is their people. Folks like Taylor at the rental vehicle call centre simply put a smile on your face by just a phone call. This seems consistent with each person we have met in the company. Perhaps there is something in the water, but it appears obvious there is a strong commitment to customer service and organisational culture. Our partnership was initiated to ensure ski clients felt secure. I am now convinced guests will feel comforted by both the vehicle, as well as the care and attention that serves them.

The service was amazing. I've booked economy, but received higher class for free. Mike & Chippy were great! Definitely the place to rent a car.

The woman who works at this location is awesome!! Ive had the pleasure of talking with both people and can honestly say thay we're very informative and helpful. Awesome people to talk to!!

Reserved a uhaul to be picked up, customer service guy refused to rent to me unless I took all the extra optional costs. Then when I refused he optional costs denied my service. I was told $220 for the rental, and came out to over $400. He would no let me decline any thing and accepted everything on my behalf with out my approval.

Employees were great and very friendly. Did not have the vehicle that we had booked available when we arrived. So they gave us an upgrade at the same price.

DO NOT RENT A CAR HERE! I wish i could leave no stars. Its sad really that this place is still operating. Of course they dont have the car i paid for 3 weeks in advance, why would they. Others in line dont have a car either, but they are being offered an upgrade for no additional charge, not me though. I just get the amazing opportunity to hang around a one room airport for as many hours as it takes them. I ask how "how long is the wait?", she said "about 30 minutes". With some humor left in me I asked "how long does that really mean, 1.5 hours?" She laughed at me and said no. Here it is over an hour later, and nothing. I ask whats up, "they are washing it" she says. At this point I'm learning that based on their attitude that I'm the one thats being annoying. Im the one being annoying? Im not a frequent traveller so maybe this is normal, i dont know. How does a car rental company run out of cars when they know 3 weeks in advance they need it. They must have spent all their money on advertising. Terrible service.
