Car Rental

Yesterday I had the second worse experience trying to get a rental and today I switched it up and came to discount and life is GREAT! the ladies behind the counter were amazing. The service was quick and I didn't feel like I was guessing what happened. I had to wait a few minutes to so they could fill up the vehicle for me and they offered me a coffee. Even put it in a new travel mug they had. Price is very competitive and they didn't jack up rates even though most of the city is sold out. If you want to see why I had the second worst experience yesterday check out the review I'll leave for Hertz / Thrifty at the airport here in Moncton.

Good service, reasonable price

Worst car rental you can find. They don’t have the right address and phone number on their website..

Friendly and helpful service

Garbage staff Should fire both ladies and hire new staff

Yesterday, my vehicle broke down on the highway west of Grand Falls. The tow truck driver who picked us up immediately called Enterprise who provided us with the vehicle of choice that allowed us to continue our trip and return home. The service at pick up & return of the vehicle customer service was commendable! We appreciate the empathy with which we were handled. Thank You Enterprise!

Friendly and professional staff. They also have a good assortment of vehicles.

Rented a car this past long weekend to see what is around the Moncton area. Greeted by a couple of very friendly guys working the counter. Had no problem answering a couple questions and offering some good places to check out. Thanks a lot guys! Made for a fun weekend. Will definitely come back next month for another rental! Cheers.

The office is located in the lower levels of the Crowne Plaza hotel.

I asked for a small budget car, got a big suv instead. Same prive but spent more on gas

Great place to rent a vehicle! Friendly staff and excellent service, we can always rely on them to have a vehicle for us to use for field work.

Fantastic customer service! Great selection of vehicles. Winter tires on many cars.

Great service and good pricing. If your looking to rent a car look no further.

Unbelievable customer service by National Rental Agent "Corinne P." in Moncton NB Canada! I had multiple delayed flights that finally arrived in Moncton NB at 2:15 AM the morning of December 5, 2018. The National Office closed at 1:00 AM, but this National agent stayed in contact via email the entire day of my flights from Springfield, Atlanta, Toronto, then Moncton. She actually watched and monitored my late flight arrival from her home after hours, once she knew it had arrived a little after 2:00 AM she went back out in the frigid cold, returned to the airport, and assisted me with signing paperwork and getting the National Rental picked up. I must say that is Customer Service and dedication that far exceeded my expectations! Outstanding work "Corinne P." you get my vote for the award of "Customer Service Excellence!" Thank you National and Corinne! Mike Kelley, Sales Manager Canada, Paul Mueller Company, Springfield MO.

The staff were really friendly. It also helped that they gave me an upgrade to the model of car i booked that improved my trip.

This Is the worst web site I've seen in a long time. I spent 5 minutes trying to enter dates. Maybe its just not compatible with phones but come on!!!
