Car Rental

Avoid dealing with this company. They will lie to you and then leave you with no vehicle at the last minute. I reserved a cargo van at this location and when I showed up, found out the location had closed months ago and I was left stranded without a vehicle. I called the nearest other discount office and they initially said they would bring me to their office to get a van, but then they changed their minds. Turns out they didn't have a van either and they also refused to pick me up; leaving me stranded out at the Palladium auto park; I had to take a taxi home.

Staff is nice and very helpful. Pick up and drop off was fast.

my compact car overheated on the ambassador bridge and then I had to be pushed through Canadian customs by a nice Canadian lady, the situation and customer experience was salvaged by impeccable customer service on the part of Sam at Enterprise rental office in Windsor Ontario Airport for immediately giving me the keys to an upgraded Kia suv and the good people at Alamo for taking the Ontario car back, with no questions asked and no hidden fees. They were professional and they deal with the complicated situation with regret and politeness and NO BS. I was impressed and happy to walk away unscathed and with a funny story to tell my family and friends. Stuff happens. Sometimes cars overheat. But we live in an imperfect world and sometimes it takes great customer service to get us through the trials of technology and engineering inconveniencing us. Thank you Sam at Enterprise and the friendly and fast Alamo team at Detroit metro airport location. :) happy Memorial Day

Easy and fast. AND THE ONLY PLACE WITH NO DAMN CREDIT CHECK........ One of the only places that does cash,Every other one I have tried you need a major credit card and that sucks because a lot of people don't have one or can't get one. Its a 500$ cash deposit but you get that back once your rental time is up "IF" you don't crash it LMAO..... But I love this place its a great business and very respectful and respectable people its a ⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟 IN MY BOOK (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)
