Car Rental

Great service

Very easy to return a rental car here. Well-marked lanes for each rental agency and plenty of agents handling the return.

helpful and friendly two thumbs up

The woman when i went to get the car..just left us standing at the desk. W out any explanation of where she was going i stood there about 10-20 mins..until my husband went to go see what was going on..found her .and he called her a costumers service personal.she snapped at him saying she was a manager..that if u want the car u want i have to find one..all she had to do was say something before she walked away for that time..explain what she was doing..leaving customers w out ANY explanation..is un professional...she was very rude to my husband!!

This place has been closed for a year. You end up on a wild goose chase that ends at the airport. For some reason Hertz refuses to update this.

Good, no problems, but the parking building is old as dirt and the car was dirty

Beacon is my home base for upstate rentals and the team there is always so helpful supportive friendly and will do their best to get me the best value. Last time I rented they went above and beyond, Rob, the manager, saw I was sweating it with reaching my train in time, and had Parker, the new rockstar hire, drive me to the train and finish up paper work later, I literally was hopping up the stairs when my train came. If I missed it, I would've missed a vital doctor's appt that takes months to get, that's what going the extra mile looks like in my book. They embody customer service where people are treated with value, and not as a commodity. I travel for work as well as pleasure, and do my best to use only Enterprise. Thanks Team Beacon. Lois Barth

Don't relay on the reservation at this location, that too on a busy weekend. I had my reservation taken over and wasn't even notified till the last minute. Horrible experience.

Worst rental place ever. staff have no idea what they’re doing and they don’t care

over the phone talked to me like they did't care about what I was asking them and they were overall rude to me!

This office does not exist. But ACE still takes reservations for it. Crazy. Delta Hotel says they get people in all the time looking for ACE.

Excellent service. Great car!!!
