Best experience with Justin! What a nice guy! Thanks

Never renting a car before I went on a recommendation from my sister. They were very helpful and made sure to explain and double check everything before I got on my way. Plus they weren't expensive on the credit card.

I once rented a massive truck here...only because they were out of smaller trucks and everyone else in town was sold out completely. I took out more than a few tree branches, ended up on the corner of someone's lawn, and was more-or-less terrified driving the thing, even at low speeds. But it did successfully get me moved into my new apartment. And the representative was extremely pleasant and helpful. So thank you, Budget, for getting me moved into my new place on the day that I wanted to move into my new place.

Very helpful staff and great service

Wow! The people working here are extremely nice and know what good customer service is all about. They pleasantly surprised me by upgrading my economy rental to a luxury one free of charge, and that certainly put a smile on my face. All Enterprise locations are generally friendly, but the people working here should be the precedent to what treating clients amazingly should be like.

Awesome place to rent a truck. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, both about renting and about the trucks that they rent. Personal service from a caring company, not seen too often these days!!!!

How do I rate 0 stars? They apparently send drivers around the city that don't look before changing lanes and almost caused not one but TWO multi-car accident on the QEW this morning !!! If you're employees are going to be driving around the city with you logo, maybe make sure they know how to drive first
