Car Rental

Doyle rented me a vehicle from here while mine was in the shop. Did check around vehicle and employee did not notice rock chip in window then told me I should get the insurance for 6$ incase I get a chip. There’s already one on the window. Came the next day to drop vehicle off and no one at desk. Waited 1 hour, called phone number for immediate service multiple times with no answer and no voicemail. Very poor customer service and would not recommend them.

Best place to rent a car! I needed a car close to closing time and they not only got me in a car but the car was clean, inexpensive and the customer service was phenomonal! By far they receive 5 stars! Thank you again!

Purchased a used truck from the Leasing Company on Scott St. Next morning it doesn't start. Off to a good start, right? Within driving 300 (three hundred) kms the check engine light came on! They must have used the scanner tool to reset it. I purchased a code reader scanner and found it very handy as I reset it also before I traded it in!!!! I spent thousands trying to get the one owner low kms truck to run correctly. No can do! Avoid this place if you can.... .......if you must buy from them. Make sure it comes with a warranty. I see a lot of nice vehicles they advertise. They ain't gonna see me ever again.

Good rental company which takes care of its customer, always provide you the best car available. All their cars are almost new with low milega and always neat n clean. I always find rates much better then any other rental car company

Had reserved a 16' truck a few weeks before moving day with Chad. Truck was onsite and available the day/time of scheduled pick up. Chad was courteous, friendly, and professional in facilitating a quick, inexpensive, and stress-free rental process. Chad will be the first call for my next rental.

This complaint is in regards to the booking made to barrhaven toyota location in Ottawa. My wife and I were extremely disappointed with the service provided to us at this location, never it has happened in any of our experience that we have walked out of a rental car location without a rental car. I repeat, without a car. We spent two and half hours with my two year old son at the location waiting for the car and to our huge dismay ended up walking out without one because of your inability to arrange one. Further more, NO effort has been made to follow up on this disaster of a way that you guys handled this booking despite emailing the regional branch manager, this is not even disappointing its way beyond that.

Worst service! Hangs up the phone. Does not take the time to ask a couple questions.

No stars if I could. Specifically reserved an SUV based on my needs and wasn’t provided one. Was told I would be called in a day or two as soon as an SUV was ready for me but it’s been almost two weeks with no call.

It's a uhaul. It's Useful when you need it.

I do not recommend this place to any women. The man behind the counter kept leering at me. He also did not tell me about the after-hours dropbox, so I returned the car during open hours. He took an excessive amount of time processing my return while he kept taking creepy glances at me.
