Car Rental

Everyone has great personalities. I love to joke

Can you all quit complaining that the car is in bad shape? The buisness is called RENT A WRECK.

Had a great experience with Ross, he was really helpful and got me on the road quickly, would highly recommend

Got a car at the Moncton airport with expired tags, did not want to be pulled over by the police drove to this location (As I live in the area) they fixed me up with a new car. No complaints.

Worst experience I ever had renting a car. When I called in to reserve my car almost a month in advanced they confirmed that ill get a small econ car for 150$ for 4 days 3 nights . When I've arrived to pick up the car they charged me 411$ and gave me a grand caravan and told me that I can have a smaller car for extra 25$ because they have snow tires on them . Obviously I'm never coming back

Check in was a little slow because they only had one attendant and a couple of renter's, but check out was very fast and efficient. Will recommend. Sometimes they have deals and if you ask nicely, they might be able to upgrade you at no cost.

Rental car was ready to go and every aspect was so well organized I was on my way in minutes. It was appreciated to have a well lit area to do the inspection. Finally, having a customer service person steps away in the booth was extra convenient when I had a question.

Friendly staff.

Très bon service!

Friendly and helpful staff. Car was ready to go when I got there! I will be using them again for sure!

Horrible horrible inhumane company. Find my full story in Google reviews

It wasn't for me it was my daughter, her job is sending her to Charleston and they are paying for a rental, the employees were friendly and quick put her in a car and now own her way for a week in Charleston

Friendly efficient service

The entire staff at this location are "AWSOME & PROFESSIONAL " I will reccomend them to my friends and co workers. Thank you for being a step above the rest.

The worst experience! Customer service is horrible. No one wanted to even help solve the problem quoted me one price $ from 1-800 budget customer service, drove there went to rent vehicle it was totally not even close to what I was quoted!! 1800 customer service is absolutely horrendous! They don’t even speak enough English to understand what their saying all wrong information!! Wasted 2 hours on the phone to be told I don’t see anything entered in the computer!! Yes probably because you don’t know how to do your job!! Stay away from budget!!

Great Experience!! John helped us out in no time. The ca was ready in minutes. Great Service
