Countertop Fabricators

Would recommend to anyone looking for a fabricator. Professional staff and high quality workmanship.

I made the mistake of buying a new construction home in Tanglewood in South Lyon, MI and this company was the subcontractor for the granite. When I did my walk through prior to closing, I noticed a chip in the main island that they tried to hide with some colored caulk. I felt deceived that they tried to hide the defect. Thankfully they replaced the center island which was quite large; they did the right thing even though Im sure it was costly. HOWEVER when I later noticed some vertical cracks in the countertop (near the cooktop) I asked the builders warranty dept to look into this and they dispatched a repair person from Classic Stone Marble and Granite out to my home and he told me they are having a lot of trouble with this granite and multiple homeowners were upset. The repairman ground down the surface and polished it and it looked a little better but it was still cracked and I wanted it replaced with a piece that wasn't cracked. Later,"the owner" came out and told me this was natural and it's fine. I'm not sure why they wouldn't disclose this but make sure you ask BEFORE you pay them. Unfortunately, Now I have to take them to court to get the granite (without cracks) that I already paid for

We had our granite countertops installed today. I love them! Emir was great to work with and his pricing was the best around. The crew was very courteous and professional. I would recommend them any time. Thank you for doing such beautiful work!!

Vary fast and Friendly service

We got our granite installed today. It’s beautiful and the guys who installed it did a great job. Couldn’t he happier.

Quality products and craftsmanship professional atmosphere

They have done several projects for us over the years and we have always been very happy!

The four star rating is based primarily on the installation. When we went to look at their showroom in late April, their staff was very helpful. The product turned out almost exactly as we imagined, and the person who came to measure was meticulous. The aspects that did detract from the process involved what I perceived as honesty, and some minor installation issues (I will have to re-caulk the wall seams as it is incomplete in more than half of the kitchen). As for the honesty, we were scheduled as the first afternoon delivery. They called at approximately 8:30 am saying they were 30 minutes away, which was quite a surprise. Fortunately, I had taken the day off of work so I didn't have to rush home. When they got to the house they backed in, opened the truck's back door, and then someone came to tell me they "forgot a part, and had to go back to get it." My assumption is that they realized they were at the wrong house, and they could have told me that. I asked when they would be back, or how long it was to go back to where the part was, and they said they don't know, but they'll call me. Sure enough, I received a call around 1:30 pm telling me they were 30 minutes away. At no point did they address this, and for me that is a significant concern. I would have had no problem if they went to the wrong house and told me, but had I not taken the day off of work I would have say for four hours waiting for them to get that ever important part needed to install countertops.

This place is awesome primo took the time to show us his beautiful granite and Marble countertops the price was reasonable and when we finally decided they did it in a timely manner very respectful I recommend them very highly .

Very good granite company to deal with, they have the best deals in granite and cabinets

We have used Pascucci for our kitchen and bathroom granite installs over the last few years. I don’t know why we haven’t written a review before because we’ve always been extremely pleased with the staff, installers and the products we’ve chosen. Recently, we went back again (3rd time) to select a granite for our fireplace surround. This time, we just had to write a review! WOW! From the beginning of the process to the end, we couldn’t have been more pleased! Tina was our consultant at Pascucci’s. As we walked around looking through all of the various slabs of granite and stone, etc. she checked on us several times and answered any questions we had. She listened to our preferences, even looked at the fabric samples that we brought to make the right choice. We never got the feeling that they were impatient with us. As a matter of fact, when a couple of slabs needed to be moved to see another one, it was absolutely no problem. The person who came to measure was very professional and even gave us a couple of recommendations that we hadn’t thought about which ended up making a huge difference. The installers were extremely professional. They arrived on time, protected our wood floors and we could tell that they wanted everything to be perfect. It was! We called Curt (the owner) and Tina immediately to compliment them and everyone who worked with us. As I told them, most often it takes me awhile to totally like the entire look of a finished project but this was immediate! We are 100% happy with the completed project and we look forward to working with the team at Pascucci again in the future!

I know my husband already left a review but I also wanted to leave one because of how impressed I am with the work that we had done. Nicolas was so personable and kind when he came out to measure and I can say the same about Jeremy and Curtis ( I hope I spelled that right). They were so quick during their install, so friendly, left no mess and were so polite. I will for sure be recommending your company to anyone that I know looking for counter tops. Thank you so much!!

Raise hell eat cornbread

I had 4 pieces of aluminum for my boat that needed to be re-engineered and manufactured. It was no problem for these folks. 3 days later, and for much less than I expected and the job was complete!

CFF in Kingston is a critical resource for my company. They are friendly, quick and precise with all of their dealings. They are experts at finding odd shapes and sizes at good prices. Their delivery service is top notch.

My wife and I had 3 counter-tops business to visit in Barrie for our kitchen. After meeting with Greg at Northern Granite Works, we decided we didn't need to shop any further. It was a pleasure dealing with him and he gave us great advice for our counter-tops. Once we decided to go ahead with NGW, one of his employee came to our house a mapped the whole kitchen with a laser measuring tool hooked up to a tablet. We decided on where the joints would be since the counter-top was going to be larger than a slab. We also picked a beautiful sink from Bristol, which is made in Ontario. 12 days later, NGW delivered and installed the counter-tops. Their two men crew came and laid protective sheets on our floors, added support strips to the top of our cabinets and installed the counter-tops. They had a special vacuum machine to joint the pieces together and the installer mixed epoxy to match the counter-top color. It turned out great. Before leaving they vacuumed the drawers and cabinets and cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with our Quartz counter-tops from NGW and will probably be contacting them again to do our bathrooms vanities. Thanks Greg.

Got estimate from John fairly quick but after that it was all promises and no work didn't even begin. Had to go to another place to get my railings done.

Excellent customer service Exactly what I wanted Met or exceeded my expectations Photos to follow

Reasonable prices but among the worst customer service experiences we have ever had. Also, measured and then left a space between counter and wall at one end. Still chasing them 5 months later for a correction. Don't respond to calls.
