Countertop and Tiles

What an amazing experience! This is the second job I've had Cranbrook Flooring do for my vacation rental business and again, the boys at Cranborok Flooring did a fantastic job. 6 bathrooms, 42 stairs and 1200 sqft of main floor in vinyl plank. I'd highly recommend this outfit, top shelf service and products.

High end tile. High end counters. Great product

Wow...where to start with this review? Ron the owner sold us on why we should let his company do our kitchen backsplash, fireplace and bathroom backsplashes with his company. He said his installers were great and we believed him. Well, the day of the installation, he sent someone other than who he said he was going to send and this new installer was not only late but he was so ununorganized he locked his keys in his vehicle which led into more delays as he had to get help from other workmen that happened to be working in another apartmeninin my building to help him. This installer that Ron sent, instead of laying out the mosaic tile sheets in the way they were to go on the wall just started mortaring and sticking them on in whatever pattern would fit and not the pattern that the tile sheets were designed for. You should see my video of the work he did in 3 hours....yes thats all, on youtube look up "swinks4". The installer left because he had to "pick up his check" and was supposed to come back the next day but left me hanging and wasnt going to show up till i called him to tell him that whole sheets of the tile had fallen off the wall that evening. Anyway i did not let him ruin the rest of the job and Ron looked at it and said he would have to take it all down and start over again because it was unfixable as he said it. I told Ron that i didnt want them in my house again and and remove it and give me my money back. He said he would and then decided to keep $300 of my deposit sit and wont refund that portion. Worse was that i had to remove this horrible job myself because Ron wouldnt do it. Youtube.......swinks4 you will see for yourself.

We love working with CFM. Always amazing service. Michelle has always made us a priority, and works with us when we need to problem solve project material needs. Highly recommend this company!

Always end up waiting half an hour, after order has been placed.... Staff walk around like turtles in the warehouse

Love the experience

The countertops they installed were beautiful. Hiring them again right now for our new place.

Eva is a huge help in picking and finding just the right thing and in budget! Thanks!!

CHOOSE THESE GUYS OVER TILE MART!

Good company to deal with. Leigh was very helpful and personable. Greg is a meticulous tiler. We are thrilled with our ensuite reno.

Good service! Good pricing!

Great store. Great staff team. You'd think you would have to pay way more than the depot stores, being the updgrades of quality, selection, and people knowing what they are talking about, but I'm not sure it's true. Very happy with the service, the product, adn the price.

Fantastic staff, very helpful and knowledge in finding what you need to get the job done. Yes I could find products elsware for marginally less but it would not come with the expertise, the knowledge or the tested products that you will find here. Thank you for what you do!

We recently replaced the vanity countertop in two bathrooms and had considered several granite retailers in the Kelowna area. Creative Stone Solutions offered a good selection of granite and other stone on-site, the fastest delivery/installation times amongst all the retailers and knowledgeable and helpful service reps. Dave, the owner, did the installation himself; a quality job with good attention to details. We can unreservedly recommend Creative Stone Solutions.

Dave and his crew were absolutely amazing to deal with and their work was superb! I highly recommend these guys for any project, big or small, that you have and I will definitely use them again.

This is the second time I have used RivitaStone. I purchased granite for my kitchen and bathrooms. Quality workmanship and attention to detail became evident from the moment I started working with Dwight and his team. You can expect a very quick response and competitive quotes. When the team arrived on the scheduled instal day they were organized, tidy and meticulous - a perfect instal! Even the cabinet installer commented on the excellent installation of the countertops! I have highly recommended RivitaStone to friends and, without hesitation, will most definitely be employing their services on my next project. Thank-you RivitaStone, I wouldn’t use anyone else!
