Countertop and Tiles

Very friendly, if they don't have what you're looking for they can usually order it

Super friendly staff at this location and willing to work with you towards achieving your project goal at a fair price. Does not have all the stock as larger Rona centers however will order in what you're looking for. Also has a small garden center outside as well as lumber yard

Great friendy customer service.

I have worked with Jodie Ouimet for 10 years. In that time I have used Jodie Ouimet and Mountain Town Properties for rentals, property management and for listing and selling my properties. I found her to be professional, friendly, courteous, accommodating and thorough in her services as a property manager and realtor. She has never hesitated to go the extra mile to provide excellent service to complete a rental or sale transaction, wether it be trade recommendations, cleaning personnel, or last minute personal favors. I have been very pleased with the working relationship I have shared with Jodie and Mountain Town Properties for the last 10 years. I would recommend Mountain Town Properties and Jodie Ouimet for any of your real estate needs in the City of Rossland. Darlene Tiftickjian Morningstar Owner

Very knowledgeable people. Great pricing and the very best installers.

Crocodile Rocks was an absolute pleasure to deal with while doing research for a recent kitchen remodel. Cheris was extremely helpful and accommodating helping with everything from product knowledge to providing samples to test. She even went out of her way to set up an appointment for me with a previous customer to see the product installed in a kitchen. Couldn't ask for more from a slab supplier - will definitely go back to see Cheris for our next project!

Very friendly staff.

Very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism! They came to my house and took off their shoes immediately before entering, All their equipment never touched my carpets. They cleaned up after themselves and spoke in a clear and professional manner , on time and on schedule, highly recommended 5 stars

The staff was extremely helpful, patient and considerate and they're prices were great. I will always go to Richmond Tile Centre for anything to do with tile.

I needed flooring because i damaged the floor of my newly bought condo. I called 4 different flooring companies who told me the model was discontinued and there was no way to source the flooring. Nader sourced them and found them locally for me the next day. I highly recommend

Wow what an incredibly unhelpful place. I called for a quote on a soapstone or Dekton countertop slab for an outdoor kitchen. I was told to call their sales rep, Sara, who eventually called me back a few hours later. She wouldn't give our architect firm a quote because they only provide pricing to the fabricator. I asked for a fabricator suggestion and the response was, "they have to be Dekton certified." Ok, that's not what I asked you. I asked what's more expensive, soapstone or Dekton. Nope, wouldn't answer that either. Seriously, if you're a sales rep you might want to try selling a little. I got 0 answers for my questions. Chances are whatever fabricator we go with won't be using them anyway. Shoddy customer service. Aeon stone was way more helpful.

Good place to buy tiles

Love your show. Your crew are artists with logs and chainsaws. But I don't understand why you set such short deadlines for the re-assembly. The pressure on your crew must be intense! I see ulcers in their future.

Jodee did an excellent job of working with us during the building of our new home. She was very patient with us as we changed our minds many times! Thank you so much Jodee!

Awesome guys! Very helpful and friendly. Definitely a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Erskine. Great customer service and they did a wonderful job on my carpet install. They did a great cleanup after they finished. Highly recommend.
