Countertop and Tiles

They came in and saved the day. We originally got the wrong product installed, Carrara was able to quickly change out countertops at a good price ensuring happy customers! Thanks!

My company has been dealing with Julien Tile and Stone for a couple of years. They consistently provide us with a high level of service. They are always friendly and are also very helpful to our clients that visit their showroom. We highly recommend this company.

Extraordinary customer service. Garry went beyond the call of duty to make certain that my reno was completed satisfactorily. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking quality flooring and knowledgeable and friendly service in Winnipeg.

Customer service is unbeatable and in any company that's a main point anybody looks at!!

My wife and I recently purchased a counter-top from FloForm and must say we're very pleased with the product and - in particular -the installer was efficient, amiable and offered helpful advice on how to maintain the countertop and other tips. Very, very satisfied and highly recommend to others.

Great place to shop staff is friendly and helpful to my needs!

got a real good deal on carpets for my house. quick installation too.

Horrific after sales service! One employee was patently untruthful, and the owner was incredibly rude and insulting. They do not take any responsibility or engage in finding a solution to their mistake. They do not belong to the Better Business Bureau (now I understand why). They refused to engage with the Province of Manitoba Consumer Protection. Hope that you do not have an installation or warranty problem.

Good customer service. I was kept in the loop during the whole process. I walked in. Provided measurements. They gave me a quote. I gave them the go ahead. Tyler came out and templated it all. Next week my counter tops were ready. Fantastic service. Will recommend to friends and family.

Great experience product came out beautifully and on time professional

Castle has a great inventory and are very helpful in finding what you need. Hass is terrific. My contractor said that this place is great to work with. Last year we purchased a counter top for the kitchen and now the bathroom. Will definitely come back next year for the 2nd bath.

Very good company, everything was done quickly and efficiently, I recommend everyone to use the service of this company!

i was there on Sunday (May 6/2018) to purchase a patio set. ask for assistance at the customer service desk. the girl called someone however, no one came- waited about 45 mins. another woman (customer) who was slightly older then me, walked up to the same patio set i was looking at. then, an older gentleman employer walked over, looked right at me, then walked passed me to go speak to the woman (customer). he scanned the patio set and said to the woman (customer) that there was only one left and it was the floor model. not only did he totally ignore me for what i believe the reason to be is i look "young", the woman didnt once say i was standing there before her. i WILL never go back to this RONA. ive never heard good things about it and i now believe those things are true. and for that woman, way to be teaching your kids about manners.

Nice selection of stone and tile, however the installer they recommended, Matt Lambert, decided after coming to my home first and only time to prep the small job that he neither wanted to do the job OR refund me the $700 (half of job) he collected the one day he was here. Store backs the installer customer, but not the customer customer. Would never recommend MN Tile & Stone to any private party. And Matt Lambert to no one.

Sent here by builder. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Took time and provided a lot of information. Happy to work with the sales people and team.
