Courier

Most silly package delivery service ever. They do not have a key to your mailbox, meaning you must answer a phonecall to allow the deliveryperson into your doorway, just to deliver your package (signature required or not). A mail delivery service should, in my adamant opinion, have the ability to deliver mail you your mailbox. That's it's intended purpose, and their method of package delivery is pure incompetence. What if I don't have a phone, for example, to receive the call? Or, a way to drive to Purolator's physical location, to pick up the package myself?

So I called 3 times, and on the 3rd time they answered and said "45 minute wait call someone else" and then hung up before I could reply... don't ever call these dickweeds!

My parcel got delivered to the wrong address and there was no apology and nobody took responsibility for it. I never released the company of getting my signature for the delivery - they don't care. Value lost >$ 100. Don't use the service.

Small station, bus was late but the staff was friendly and they didn't charge me extra for my one small extra checked bag. Thank you it was very much appreciated. They should invest in more outlets or charging stations for passenger use only so we can charge our devices in preparation since it's unknown until the bus arrives whether it's an old bus or new, old busses don't have power outlets.

Non existent!! Was told to pick up at bargain store and they said they have no way to track parcels and what is being delivered to them. Also told that driver has no set time. For drop offs and doesn't show up every day. The phone number listed for ups kenora no longer exists.

Useless in every way, shape and form. Not once have they ever actually delivered anything. They leave a notice on a door and you have to fend for yourself to go and find your parcel. They are they most useless, unprofessional company in the world and anyone who doesn't work for them will tell you the exact same thing.

Mike's deserves negative stars. I've complained to Purolator and refuse to use their services so long as they use Mike's courier service. Disgusting warehouse. Terrible customer service. Parking lot is absolutely horrendous to drive a passenger vehicle through. Worst courier service to ever exist. I'm sure Mike is rolling in his grave.
