Do not have anything to do with this company here in Mt. pearl. They are the absolute worse, everything fine until it hit Mt pearl where it sat for 7 days before somebody got off their fat ass and got it to my doorstep. Had a package that needed Ereturn and waited the whole day on the day they where suppose to pick it up. Never showed up till the next week to pick it up. Worst of the worst. Hey new people or shut the place down.

I had placed an order online, and delivery from FedEx took a while (through no fault of either delivery company as I live in a remote area). I called to track the package from FedEx and they told me they just handed it over to Altimax for delivery. I called this company to track the package, they quickley located it and called me and tracked me down at a gas station, and brought it to me while I was refueling as they knew I was anxiously waiting for delivery rather than wait for delivery to my home address.
I called and was talking to a gentleman by the name of Steve, he was extremely helpful, polite and a great help. The delivery driver was just as great.
