Surprised at all the negative reviews. Guess these must be people who only use the service once or twice and get burned, I would probably feel the same. I just have to say I send about 50 parcels a week with Hermes and touch wood, never have any problems. I do a spot check of 4 or 5 parcels a week and 90% of them are delivered within 1-2 days. As a recipient I ordered a pair of shoes at 7pm yesterday and they have just been delivered half an hour ago (1pm) so really pleased. Our Hermes man is lovely though and has been doing this round for years so we are lucky here.

The employee is so terrible

Always a reliable service, which is all important. I have found this company to be efficient and trustworthy too. The base/office is located on Caledonian Road (about half way along) so the service is convenient for all of Islington and I imagine beyond. I am happy to recommend.

I came here to drop off my FedEx parcel. They guy working there said he doesn’t know how to do it - only DHL. What a joke.

Difficult to find and after a long search I found it closed without any visible notices around.

This was the first Amazon Locket I visited, I’m already very happy with Ordering on Amazon at home and always turned out well. I was visiting London for Vacation and another family member needed a new phone battery. Ordered came next day and the library it was it was closed at the time we came so we had to go the next day. It worked well put the code in and the door popped right open with are package Thanks Amazon!

Excellent service with very helpful staff. The employees at mailboxes took great care with a parcel of mine that had to be sent to America very urgently, and was fulfilled in perfect time. Highly recomment them!!
