Good service.

Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs. Not only was the trip abhorrently expensive, it was also a bumpy ride. This can be excused due to the oftentimes mediocre condition of Yukon roads, but the fact that there were no wall outlets was a bit disconcerting. Still, I can overlook these for the most part, but there are some things I cannot overlook. For example, the fact that they managed to magically lose a valuable piece of luggage even after me getting two separate confirmations from staff that yes, it had been successfully loaded. So now, I'm out of multiple hundreds of dollars of sensitive electronic equipment due to the absolute incompetence of the service. The moral of the story? Just hitchhike. Or get a friend to drive you. Or bike. Or walk. Or use literally any other form of transportation other than Greyhound. Avoid them like the plague; their 1/1.5 star ratings are well deserved, and I very much regret not listening to those more closely.

Purposely not surrendering a package and admitted on the phone that it is a game to him. His name is Aaron. I am calling the RCMP in the morning to file theft charges against him personally as I recorded the phone call and he admitted it! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE IDIOTS! They will rip you off! If anyone wants to hear the phone recording with Aaron admitting he is intentionally holding the package I can send the file. I have never had such a bad experience and have never had to file a theft claim! I also recommend calling the Whitehorse RCMP if you have an issue. I can guarantee Aaron did not take a liking to you and is purposely just playing his little man child games. This place needs to be investigated as they are criminal in their actions! Bad bad bad, honestly terrible service

Hours change without notice, poor tracking. Must take time off work just to get mail that should have been delivered to my door where I was waiting.

So Impressed!!! Had booked with another company who was a NO show and couldn't do the booked work for several days. A-1 was excellent and were able to send someone right away. They were awesome!!
