Rae's Transportation Service Ltd

Do not use Rae's Transportation at all costs. Takes 4.5 hours to deliver a box within town + the driver forgets to pass off packing slips. Over priced, terrible, unprofessional service.

Contrary to their advertised hours, they are closed on Sunday! She was all chatterbox when she quoted me $400 for a 36lbs parcel to ship. But as soon as I mentioned I was using the company's account; from then, all she could respond were grunts. Why is FedEx keeping this place open?!!! Zero star - if I could.

Kudos goes out to Kyle and Rome We had a delivery today and Kyle and Rome both went over and beyond. They delivered our new sofa and set it up and they also removed our old very very heavy sofa to take to the dumpster. Fantastic service guys!!! Thanks again.

One of the worst experiences in trucking, was this stop. Commenting and swearing up on a new driver is very easy but not everyone is a born perfect driver, it comes with experience. Learn to have some patience.
