Courier

I called them for pick up they said we are coming, I called them twice but nobody came , if there is option for zero star , I could have given then zero star

Great pricing and a wonderful staff that always get my orders correct.

A joke. People there for 15 years at $14 an hour no raises, and new hirees get hired at 18+ or more an hour. No favouritism there .

we have been using coastline for a few years now. They are the best company for getting things from the lower mainland over to the island. there pricing is unbeatable. i recommend these guys to anybody that has to ship orders from the mainland over to the island. also there customer service is great. keep up the great work guys.

These guys are awesome! I will certainly be using them again- especially since I had a tight deadline to meet. Thank you again

Great family run business, goes above and beyond customer service

Very bad service. Driver claimed that they were not buzzed in. If I had picked up the phone and said come in but it happened that the door failed to open, normal people will buzz again. Yes? No? And when the driver didn't come up to my apartment, I went downstairs to meet them. No one was there. No package left for me. Called them today. driver claimed that I didn't buzz them in. I was home. Buzz again?? Also, I was downstairs in less than 10 minutes but they were gone before that. I hope my sender will never use ICS again. Terrible and unreliable service., https://canadainf.com/british/ics-courier-650262

Easy to book - super fast.

I have used UPS at Westside Village in Victoria several times over the last few years, and find the service to be excellent. The same service rep, Imaran Jaffas, is always there when I need assistance. Just today, I had to ship five packages/suitcases (about 175 pounds in total) to a friend. I was surprised how reasonable the price was! I will continue to patronize this location because of the service and valu for money.

Did some temp labour there, can't complain
