Courier

Very rude and poor customer service. Use another company.

Always reliable service. Friendly couriers.

Vending machines and arcade all pretty much broken. Rude employees at front desk. But like...their bathrooms smell nice-ish.

Been a customer here for years. Staff & owners are friendly, personable and trustworthy. Prices are reasonable and good value.

I've been twice now, and I'm impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Whenever I need to ship something, I just drive straight here without delay. Manpal makes it easy.

I can't say enough good things about these guys! We have used them on multiple occasions and they always rise to the occasion.

Beast place to send documents fast and reliably. Staff is friendly. Great service.

My company, Crawford Creek Lumber CO. has had great service from them so far.

Please please please do yourself a favor and avoid giving your business to this location. I cannot speak for the company as a whole, but my first and only experience with Purolator has left a bad taste in my mouth. Firstly, the staff here need serious refreshers on customer service. Came in for two packages that were way too heavy to carry out of the store alone (a bed set and mattress) and was told that no one would provide assistance. Either a staff member was on break, or they just clocked in and had no clue what was going on, the excused just rolled off their tongues. What made matters worse was that they openly confessed that deliveries DO NOT make it to apartments!! Imagine that, a place that doesn't deliver to apartments in Vancouver....sheesh! They also openly admitted they do not call you when they come to "drop off" your packages. The one saving grace was that customer service was very understanding and I hope they keep their word about passing me through to management. I will never give this place my business again and I will make sure to recommend that others avoid it as well. 0/5 stars!

worst company to work for!

Rude people. Horrible service

A good experience with the Purolator delivers, and very nice people when I called them.
