Horrible service. If you have any deliveries to an apartment unit, DO NOT go with this company. The delivery service doesn't have company phone numbers and can't call customers to facilitate pickups for whatever reason. I've tried 3 times to get my package delivered and they don't even notify if they're nearby. Instead they left a notice without even attempting to get in contact. If you have any heavy package try to have it delivered to a canada post office instead.

We brought in our very expensive china to be shipped from Vancouver to Ottawa. They did a fantastic job ... nothing was scratched, chipped or broken! In fact it was so well packed by UPS that it was probably impossible for damage to occur in transit. Well done guys, thanks!

This outfit is extreme left leaning and the people running it are hypersensitive to the point of permanently destroying accounts at the drop of a hat.

So they attempted to deliver once. I updated my info as my buzzer is not in the building directory and gave them options as to where to deliver. I then got a notice that I had until yesterday to pick it up far from home at a place that only works until 6. Upon calling, the people on the phone refused to take any responsibility for their incompetence, and that I had to take it up with the sender. Horrible!!! I've not received numerous pieces of mail, to find out later that they were returned. Some very important pieces of mail have gone to other people as well. Not all of my neighbours are nice enough to return the mail to you, they will sooner return it to sender. This can create problems with things like the CRA thinking that you have moved and not informed them. The position of the community box itself is terrible! People are forever blocking my entire driveway so they can check, and even read, their mail. When constantly telling them that we need access to our driveway didnt work, I had to resort to "Private Driveway" signs (not paid for by the people that created this problem either). It has been VERY inconvenient. I'm very disappointed in these boxes. The idea was nice, but there are some things Canada Post needs to work out.
