Courier

Never got my package, got a random Facebook message from someone living 600m away with my “failed to deliver” slips that was on THEIR mailbox. Reasons that they didn’t deliver is my phone was apparently off, no way would my phone have been off during business hours.

I like this service because they provide packing and don't Charge.

Horrible Service I spoke to a Cindy at the call center and bc I wake at 3 am I would need delivery before 7 so I can start getting ready for bed iwas promised it would be here before than. Guy just called me for delivery telling me he won't be here till 730 cause Cindy never told him never will use them again I'll drive downtown never Time

Fantastic service couldn't be happier

I just wanted to highlight some of the best customer service I've ever received! I have used many shipping companies and have had all kinds of experiences, some good some bad, but when I dealt with Ed Sunley at the Calgary Branch, I was amazed at the service. He went out of his way for a package I wanted to hold for pick-up at the depot instead of delivered to site. He was incredibly amicable and promptly got back to me when it arrived and ensured that it got safely into my GC's hands the next morning. People like this are a rare find in any industry! Thank you Ed for your help. ACE is lucky to have you!

What a junk place it is. Staff is so rude all people seems like working their for over 20 years no respect for other passengers. Seems like their age is just causing their ego and not providing a good Enviornment for passengers.

If I could give this place 0 stars i would. They lost my 1500$ worth of my tools and are trying to give me 100$ nearly 5 months later. Now im stuck not working because I dont have what I need to do my job. Thanks!

Great staff! Very affordable shipping
