I was driving behind one of your trucks this morning (Jan 12th 2017) on Hwy 97 in Kelowna, past McCurdy Rd. Everyone is driving at about 70-80kms/hr. Your driver was hauling a double load of logs and I watched as he signaled left for a fraction of a second and proceeded to change lanes, cutting off the woman who was in that lane, just behind him! (she was beside but ahead of me) I decided to get up past him, he then swerved into the lane behind me and then back again into the left lane. NOT a very good driver at all!!!! The license plate ended in 4658 or something like that.

Our local driver is awesome. It would be nice if you could actually speak to someone at the office. I missed a delivery yesterday of a much needed part and waited all day today to get it with no way of contacting the local office. You phone the toll free number and you get a fast busy signal all day long, when you finally do get through you have to deal with a ditzy robot and when you finally get a chance to select to speak with an agent you get put on indefinite hold for 30-45 minutes only to speak with an "agent" at a call center in the Phillipines who can only tell you your much needed package is out for delivery and she can contact the local office and have them call you. Communications is a complete failure at UPS.

Despite the fact that my package got caught up in some Italian bureacratic nonsense, I can't say enough about the service I got from Matt at this location. He tried everything he could think to convince Italian Customs that their VAT of 165% was outrageous - and although he was not successful, the time and effort he spent going to bat on my behalf was almost worth the exorbitant customs fee I ended up having to pay! Best service I have seen in years...

The gals are so helpful everytime I am there!
