I'm extremely impressed with TNT. I was not home when they delivered my parcel. Not only did they leave a notice, but they called my cell phone that evening to see when a good time to re-deliver would be and they let me change the delivery address to a more convenient location (Best that UPS or Fedex!)
My package showed up at the new address the next day.

As others have mentioned, they completely fly against the common feeling of dread one gets when they realize they have to go to the Post Office. The owners are super friendly and we would always do our best to get our packages sent here for pickup. My only regret is that I cannot bring them to Alberta when we move.

I dropped off a package today. The guy at the counter was not helpful and rude. Asked if I could have a receipt, with the tracking # like I do at other UPS locations, says no. Told me to just take a picture of the package. I had to ask him to scan it into the system, he just left it on the counter unsecured. Will not be returning to this location, and will avoid UPS is shipping in whenever I can from now on.

Long ride to Vernon. There's WiFi but it keeps disconnecting when you're in certain areas. It took longer to get home from there. Too many stops . It took 8 hours to get to Coquitlam from Vernon!
