The UPS Store

I contacted this store seeking a rush job on some last minute marketing material. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. The graphic designer at this location was accommodating and extremely easy to work with. Also, the turn around time on my job, design to print, was next to none. I would definitely recommend this UPS location. Best staff, hands down!!!

We use Top Dog daily at my company. Their online system works great. The drivers are all awesome, and they're rarely late. Overall, very reliable courier, and its a pleasure to do business with them.

Trying to work with dispatch and then the driver for pick ups has been awful. Putting in way to much time for simple tasks. They do not attempt to help poor customer service and relations.

Andre Trudeau and Kelvin Fey or the UPS/Instant Imprint are the most professional and proactive team I have ever worked with. I recently needed a 'green screen' for video production. Not only did I receive the product quickly at a fair price, Andre, with a fabrication background customized a frame that allowed me to transport the green screen rather than having to limit my use to one location.
They have a strong customer service attitude and will go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied.
I have used them for business cards, creating business materials, banners, and now the green screen. They are simply "the BEST".
