Courier

Service is Good

Services are good, but local channels are not supportive..

Very good service

After my parcel being transported from depot to depot I emailed through an enquiry 2days later no response. Then it was on board with the driver at 8.30am the next day I waited all day till 5pm I left my home to go somewhere, checked the track and trace and it says at 4pm driver could not deliver to address. I waited till the next day to call customer service who said the package was still at the depot as the wrong driver took my package then returned it back to the depot. I told them I need to know if the package is coming today as it is a cellphone and I need to know if I should be home customer service took my name and number and that was it. I can see by your many poor reviews you are the worst courier company out there I will make sure to ask for nz couriers to be used in the future as I never have issues with them and there track and trace is updated better.

Hey, I think our business has the same phone number as you. If this is an old number please update it. Thank you for your consideration.

The gang was awesome to meet, and got a tour with all kinds of stories. Even got to sit in the cockpit of a D-Day war bird. Can't wait to get back and visit some more.

I have used them once. BTW??? Is Kelly Jurasivich still here???

Very fast and friendly !!

I didn't even get a call and they stuck a notice on my door very annoyed I don't have a car so not impressed.

Good to get along with...
