Courier

PHENOMENAL. We are a small business that has been a customer for over 10 years. Great service, very dependable, everyone in the office is very helpful.

Great event every year ..

Service was pleasant. Package was guaranteed for Jan 10th. Did not arrive on the 10th.

This store has a bit of a nice mom & pop feel based on who I presume are the owners, who are also the main staff. They are nice, friendly and helpful. I've only been in for parcel pickup, drop off or some faxing but have enjoyed each visit.

Easy access and a great location. Had a unit for about a year and everything stays dry and safe.

We were shipping back a defective product and we were told to go to our nearest UPS store to send back at know cost to us, the owner of this UPS informed us the company had not given us the proper return label. This is where the outstanding customer service comes in he hands me his phone and tells me to call them and then gets them to email the return label ( which was a canada post return label) he prints it off seals it to the package and tells me where the nearest canada post was so we could mail it. Absolutely the best customer service I have received in a long time.

Called twice for a quote, both times the person answering the phone seemed helpful but to date have not heard back from either. Not impressed.

Useless in every way, shape and form. Not once have they ever actually delivered anything. They leave a notice on a door and you have to fend for yourself to go and find your parcel. They are they most useless, unprofessional company in the world and anyone who doesn't work for them will tell you the exact same thing.

Good

Mike's deserves negative stars. I've complained to Purolator and refuse to use their services so long as they use Mike's courier service. Disgusting warehouse. Terrible customer service. Parking lot is absolutely horrendous to drive a passenger vehicle through. Worst courier service to ever exist. I'm sure Mike is rolling in his grave.
