Very clean excellent people!

Found this place when I was looking for a wine that only they carried. They have some unlisted wines and you have to ask the owner to show them to you. They carry some high end wines. Only issue was I drove all that way for wine that was listed to only find out it was sold not too long ago. So call to make sure they have the wine you are looking for if it is on the pricey side. They have two places for high end wines, one smaller fridge in the front of the store and one larger cellar room in the back. The owner is a nice guy. They have too many wines I would like to try!

Awesome small family-run Distillery with some grape vodka and wine

About one year ago, on a chilly rainy lousy day... We missed our turn and instead happened to stumble upon an interesting blue building with the word "Muckleyeye" written whimsically across the front with "Stillhouse" included. My interest was piqued. Going in, we were warmly greeted with smiles and a staff eager to please. We tried a sampling of spirits, artisanally created on site. Bourbon, Rye, Vodka, American Gin, and East Coast Rum. Each sip was more impressive than the last. And to this day, the ONLY rum, gin, and vodka I not only can drink at room temperature straight, but enjoy to do so as well. But it gets better. To display the depth and dynamic flavors of the spirits, the staff artfully created inspired and delicious cocktails. We were hooked. We've been back countless times, with many friends in tow. Each time we are greeted just as warmly as the first. The cocktails change seasonally, and have become something we look forward to exploring regularly. Rightfully so, Colt's Neck Stillhouse has become quite the popular spot. Their spirits are distributed and accessable from our local liquor stores, but we still go every opportunity we have. The skill and personalities of the staff are second to none. The cocktails are always amazing. The atmosphere is inviting. You can't go wrong going here. For the naysayers who've left negative feedback... It's important to know what CNS offers. They are NOT a "bar" in the traditional sense. They are not open until 2am with sports on every wall. They are a craft, small batch distillery creating amazing spirits, and showcasing their spirits through artfully inspired cocktails. They are brand ambassadors of the highest caliber. Down to earth, fun, adventurous, and knowledgeable of their products. Myself, my family, and my friends are hooked, and we'll be patrons for MANY years to come.

Very helpful staff with wine selection. The guy knew his stuff from entry level to high end wine not on the shelf. Very helpful in directing to wine matches for very specific desires in various price points and recommended less expensive than I was prepared to spend. The store could only get better by carrying some more Oregon Pinot Noirs and Chard’s. Like Fullerton, Archery Summit, White Rose, Four Graces, Domaine Serene and Purple Hands. Missing a few Walla Walla greats too like Mark Ryan, Rotie Cellars and the Walls.

Huge selection of wines. Staff were helpful and fairly knowledgeable about the wines. They also offer a membership point system. I'm not from the area so I opted out. But if I lived in the area I'd join. Overall very positive experience.

New to the area, stopped at another place first, no french Pinot Noirs, next on the road was your store...glad you carry a few French Pinots...good prices....will be going back for sure!

Great selection and decent prices.

The staff have gone out of their way multiple times for me. I can always count on them to give me good recommendations for myself or as gifts to people (even for mother-in-laws with picky tastes lol). They have a great wine selection including local CT wines. They have ordered wine for me that my family had on a cruise once and loved, that was not currently in stock but was available for them to purchase and have delivered to the store. Their higher end bourbon selection is great and always an excellent gift for my husband. Highly recommend checking them out!

I have been going to Pinkey's for about a year now. A great bunch of guy's who are always willing to help you. Always bring some dog treats for Bishop too!

Awesome place to buy liquor and the beer brands you love or that delicious wine

The prices seem reasonable enough but the beer selection is average at best. To be fair it is on the smaller side but it seems to focus a bit more on wine and liquor. The service was friendly enough and it's in a pretty good location although that intersection is busy.

Not great. The selection is decent but mostly overpriced. Young guy with the long hair who works here is very helpful and friendly. The old dude (maybe the owner) is the problem. Always very terse, sometimes verging into straight up disrespectful. There are much better stores in town if you would like to pay a premium for liquor.

Best selection of craft beers and bourbon in the area. Owner should upload more pictures about their craft beers selection, so the people who like craft beer knows about this place. I highly recommend.

Bottles by Sickles has the best craft beer selection I've seen in Monmouth County. They always get the latest NJ brewery releases and have an incredible selection of beer from around the country. The craft beer manager here really knows beer and always offers great advice on new breweries that are worth checking out.
