Dog friendly, great service

I'm just writing this to save anyone else the trouble of finding parking downtown to check this place out. Unlike our other local establishments with "beer" in the name, this is in no way a beer store in the traditional sense. It's a place for college kids with particularly unsophisticated palates to get lousy beer in large volumes. If you're looking for a 30 pack of Genesee or Natty, this is your place (two stars instead of one, because I completely get that there's a market for this... just call it something else). Otherwise, the selection is worse than any gas station in town. If you're looking for a bodega with decent beer, go to Ary's or Cavanaugh's.

I went here 2 days ago and it was okay,it was very busy and hard to get out of the parking lot and back into the car but I guess that means it is good food beacuse alot of people were shopping there.

Went for a tour, the free tasting were wonderful! Garrett was an excellent host and tour guide. Detroit City is impressive, love that they source all Michigan products to create their award winning spirits. The factory also is a beautiful venue for special occasions. That the tour you will fall in love with the products! Can’t wait to go back with friends!

Had Lavendar Pedal Pusher and Silk Road cocktails, both very good. Atmosphere outside is really nice and calm.

The owners and workers are so nice. The store is clean and the prices are very comparable.

I’ve been going to the store since 1996 the current owners have owned it since 1997 and they are nothing but classy hard-working people I have never had an issue there and if you need anything they will give you the shirt off their back great family great people and a great place to shop.

Went here for some wine and wine boxes and experienced 10/10 customer service! Will definitely be returning

If you have on your website you close at midnight but you close early change it I have wasted my gas and time to come to a store that is closed but the website is saying that it's open

Its what's to be expected out of a beer store. Never had an issue other than the occasional druggie that sneaks in and tries to get a beer in his backpack or bag without anyone noticing. Staff is friendly, store is clean parking us convenient with 2 entry ways.

Stood in line but moved quickly, well staffed. Also, attendants were walking around asking if anyone needed assistance.

Very nice to look for bottles at this location. Plenty of room and not crowded. Always a comfortable shopping experience if you want to do some browsing
