I just came from Greenwich Optics where Lee found a new frame for my lenses and replaced them for me in minutes, while I stood out on the sidewalk in the sunshine with Michael while he waited and then handed a pair of glasses into the window of a customer's car so she didn't have to park and come in! This is business the way I imagine it back in the fifties when people connected on a personal level and enjoyed providing service. I can't WAIT until I need an eye exam so i can do here! (ok, well, maybe I can wait, but when it's time you'll find me at Greenwich Optics). Thanks guys!

Our family have been patients of Dr. Simpson's for over 25 years. The practice has expanded and modernized during that time. Good selection of frames. Great service. Great care. Highly recommend Family Eye Care.

this is the worst place don't let any of your parents go to this horrible place, they took advantage of my father by selling him a pair of glasses for 1,200 when it retails $300, also they push him to sign up for a credit card so he can get those glasses stay away from this place, spread the word. very bad people in this place. if i can give a 0 star I would.

Clean and professional

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. I went in, had my eye exam, picked the frame and that's it. They are all very nice and polite and I needed my glasses as soon as possible and he made sure I got them within 2 days. I just picked them up and I am really very happy with them!!!

They do a first-rate job on the lenses and stand by their work. It has never taken me more than ten minutes to adjust to a new pair of progressive lenses because they measure so carefully and do the work in-house. Their staff have good taste, and will tell you if a frame doesn't work for your face. Certainly pricey, but they charge the same for those fancy European frames as everyone else and I like those fancy European frames.

This place is NOT accessible for people with disabilities. The lady there was not interested in helping me find a frame. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Would give more stars! I was visiting D.C., and my glasses were broken, I went there, the person in charge fixed them, without charging me anything, really kind!

I just bought a new pair of progressive glasses from Hitchcock and Munson, and I now know why they get 5 star reviews. The service was exceptional. These folks really know their products well, and do an excellent job explaining how and why lenses work the way they do. On hand in the store are enough frame choices to satisfy just about anyone (and I can be a little "picky") so you're sure to find something you'll love. What's more important is the advice about which frames work best for the shape of your face and which will be durable enough for the expected usage. The turnaround was amazingly fast. I was expecting at least 2 weeks for the new glasses to be delivered to the store. Instead it was 2 days, I came in on Tuesday and picked them up on Thursday! And now for the best part, these are hands down the best glasses I ever owned. The quality is second to none and I can honestly say I've never had glasses that performed as well as these. Very happy with the entire experience.
