I went in for a contact fitting. I've never been to an eye doctor where he spent so much time making sure I was satisfied with my contacts! Usually get your eye exam with the doctor and he passes you off on assistants, but not here every visit was with him each time I came back I was always with the doctor and he double checked my vision and double checked the contact to make sure proper fit! Highly recommended right here!

I have been a long-time customer. I appreciate the personal attention and the genuine and honest recommendations that are given (if requested) when selecting frames.

My experience here was phenomenal. I needed a contact lens exam done since I haven’t worn contacts in a few years. I called to make an appointment. When I arrived I was checked in and seen quickly. The exam was very quick and the three staff members I worked with were all friendly and did not make me feel uncomfortable.
I had a contact lens exam done. It cost $80 because I have astigmatism apparently (unfortunate since it’s an extra $20) but even with that extra charge $80 is really the best price you’re going to find.
I went to another location first that is touted as being the best place to have the exam done and they wanted to charge me $155 because they said I need to have a regular eye exam done AND pay $25 for them to teach me how to use the contacts 😂😂😂
Anyway, I had a great experience at this location. I had a contact lens exam done which included 1 week long trial pair, 5 daily trial pairs, contact solution, and a lenscase.

First rate service with experienced and friendly staff.
I don't mind going from Willy Park to Woodbury for their eyewear because I know they will take good care of me. Jodi and Claudia are very knowledgeable and a pleasure to see every couple of years. Dr. Jesse is very professional and cool like the Wynton print hanging in his office. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Well, I thought that was me but reviews are saying that other people did not like it as well. Ok. The optometrist was nice, that is it what I liked. The receptionist was not polite at all, they were insisting that I had to pay for contacts while my insurance is covering it. Got contacts for free in another place with no additional questions and happy with it. Will get new glasses in another place. Good luck guys with your business :-)

This place had been recommended to me by my pediatric ophthalmologist. Here is my experience:
1. They have a very large selection of glasses for all age ranges, even 2 year olds. It would be very difficult to walk out of here without finding something you like because they carry most of the high end brands.
2. They are very expensive, with or without insurance and they do not offer a warranty except for what the manufacturer offers. As we all know, manufacturers have a tendency to exclude just about everything from the warranty. Most stores such as Pearl Vision and BJ's allow you to purchase a warranty in the 30 dollar range so if your frames should break or your lenses should scratch they will replace them one time free of charge. The arm on the frame broke and it cost me over $100 to fix it and they tried to blame my son when this happened to him twice in a two month time span. It was clear the frame was defective.
3. The far bigger problem happened when I went in to order my son new glasses. After I had a problem with them after spending over $500, I was told his frame was too small for his head and that was causing the problem. He was sized in the store and the person who helped me did not mention once there was an issue with the size of the frame. They were willing to have me repurchase another frame and they would replace the lenses free of charge due to the error and they did. Next, a far bigger problem. My son came home and didn't want to wear his glasses claiming he couldn't see. I thought he was just being difficult but to humor him I brought the glasses back to the store. It turned out they placed the lenses in the wrong way, the right in the left and the left in the right eye. Imagine the damage that could do to your eyes? Management justified it by saying it was a mistake and mistakes do happen. They were sorry.
After several trips, glasses that were too small, then too big for his head, and lenses being placed in his glasses incorrectly I decided to go to another eye store. The best selection in the world is not worth the time and effort it took for them to simply get it right.
