Very friendly, knowledgeable! Dr. Shull took ample time to answer my questions and she was very patient with me & was never in a rush. I love the wallpaper and the fun decorations in the windows and the silhouettes:).

Staff are friendly, but after 6 attempts to get the order for the lens correct failed. I do not recommend.

Keira at the Vision Dept provided us with great customer service. She acknowledge that my daughter and I was waiting for assistance on other side of the counter, she came over and brought us over to her side. Keira was very patience as it was my daughter's first contact lens order, she let us know what to expect and that the prescription is saved in the system, all we have to do next time is to call in if we need to order more.

AND OPTX EYE WEAR HAS HIGHLY SKILLED AND VERY PROFESSIONAL OPTICIANS, TO SUIT YOU WITH THE LATEST STYLES, AND AN VAST ARRAY OF DESIGNER FRAMES AND SUNGLASSES AS WELL . THEY TRULY MAKE IT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. BOB, BECKY AND THE OTHER OPTICIANS, MAKE IT A WELCOMING EXPERIENCE. They are very friendly and helpful when they are open! Says it opens at 9, I'm a busy mom of 3 so I have small windows of time to get things done for myself. Came here at 9:15 as they say they open at 9 to get my glasses adjusted and it's locked up tight! Even as I sit here writing this review no one has shown up to open the store and this is not the first time this has happened. When I first got my glasses the same thing..guy didn't show up until 9:30! Pretty aggravating!

I walked in was greeted like family, by the secretary. Then i met Bob, he was great in helping me pic frames and found every dicount he could for me....highly recommended.

Amazing experience here. My 3 year old daughter got her first pair of glasses and Wes went above and beyond to help us.

Amazing store and even more amazing prices! Cheaper glasses than anywhere around yet great quality. Cant reccomend them enough.
